Vacation rentals with a patio in Malmesbury

Susana’s place is so handy for the city centre and main sights, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Although the neighbourhood is quite busy with traffic at times, inside the apartment was not noisy. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the calm decor, well equipped kitchen and period features. Having a coffee machine was a real bonus.

From the moment we arrived Jon made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, quiet street. Beautiful garden ! The rental unit was beautiful, well kept, clean. Everything you needed was included, towels, shampoo, conditioner, little kitchenette, towels for the hottub ! Hot tub was amazing. All in all a little Gem . Thanks Jon for your hospitality.

Great place to stay. For information, not suitable for guests with mobility issues - shower in bath with high rim, and awkward entrance with tall steps. But a fabulous place to stay. Especially nice location opposite park, 20 minute walk to train station, high street shops and Waitrose. Just 5 minutes down the Bath Road to Co-op and Sainsbury's Local. Josie was great - friendly and helpful. The sub- basement location makes for very stable thermal conditions and excellent for sleeping. Highly recommended.

A very central well equipped apartment with two good sized bedrooms. Clean and tidy and with everything you need for a great stay. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern with lots of little thoughtful touches to make our stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely return if I stayed in Bath again

Great place to stay, nicely furnished. Looks the same as the photos. Nick was friendly & an informative host with great knowledge of the surrounding area. Would definitely come back and stay again. Great for a weekend get away with your partner or spouse.

Great place to stay in Bath, really clean, great kitchen, comfortable bed and only a few mins walk to bath town centre, the garden area was an added bonus and a lovely sun trap in the afternoon 😀 car park is only a 5 mins walk for leaving the car overnight, thank you Henry for a lovely relaxing stay 😁

It was an excellent stay. Place was super clean, and host was quite responsive. All amenities that one would find in a home were there. To top it off, there is an excellent collection of books for readers from all ages

What a fantastic few days at Rectory Cottage. The house and surroundings were beautiful and it was clear the amount of time and effort that has been put into looking after the home. The house looked just like the photos and was really clean and comfortable. Kirsty’s recommendations in the house book were really useful, from walks to local restaurants. We will definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay.

What an absolute hidden gem! This beautiful accommodation far exceeded our expectations—not only was it immaculately presented, but it was also much more spacious than we had anticipated. The outdoor area is lovely and peaceful. Jane and Bob are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming, offering both helpful local tips and genuine conversation. We will definitely visit again. Very well located apartment in Bath. Easy to walk into the centre, close to great restaurants, handy shop a few steps away. Accommodation was very clean, well laid out, comfortable beds.

Awesome stay at Harley’s townhouse, ideal spot if you want to spend a weekend in bath. The house itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. Harley was easy to communicate with, couldn’t ask for more!

We booked this lovely flat to visit friends in Cheltenham. It is very well situated with lots of bars, bakeries, restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, we won’t hesitate to return. Loved the decor/interior too 😊.

Accurate description, very private and would definitely stay at this property again. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, enjoyed the private patio, and the location is exactly what we needed, close to downtown. A couple of things to consider: for people with mobility issues - there is a step up into the bathroom, and there is a step up into the rest of the apartment. When you get up in the middle of the night, remember to step down into the front hall and up into the bathroom, and reverse it to go back to bed. One unfortunate issue that is not the owner's fault is that EXTREMELY noisy construction was going on next door; they would begin at 7am, get louder (cement cutter) at 9am, and continue into the evening until about 7pm. The only day they did not do this was Friday, as that is their holy day. We would have appreciated a heads up about this; you may want to ask if construction is active when you book your stay.

Wow! What a fantastic weekend we had in Bath!! Our stay at Sarah’s was fantastic, it was everything we wanted and beyond. The accommodation was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Sarah was incredibly friendly and responsive, she also made the tastiest butter flapjacks we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a home away from home with everything you’ll need, Sarah’s apartment is definitely a place I’d recommend. Thanks for having us 💕

Lovely spot walking distance to city centre. Lovely view from inside room as well. Breakfast provided makes it easier to start the day earlier.

We really enjoyed our stay with Sydney who was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very clean and in a great location for walking into Ross or visiting the surrounding area. Syd gave us lots of local recommendations and made sure we had a fantastic stay.

A perfect location for a quiet get away. The property was fantastic and the location stunning. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast on the BBQ watching the cows and pheasants go about their day. The hot tub was wonderful and private so we could relax. Instructions on how to get there were clear and the hosts didn't bother us, allowing us to disappear into the weekend as if we were at home 10/10
