+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed, really everything! Very modern, brand new, well located, with awesome balconies! Overall it was clean but had some details that could be cleaner. Stamatia is always available.

very beautiful house and thoughtful. When we arrived it was super clean and cool after they had provided to regulate the temperature. We loved the huge garden where there were games and activities.. we enjoyed it and our dogs!! communication with Ron was easy and direct to what we needed. Thank you!

The apartment is really cozy and comfortable! Maria and her mother are so kind. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing property of five beautiful apartments. The apartment that me and my wife stayed in was big and airy with air conditioning ( which is a must even in September ) and a small kitchenette and dining table.The room is well decorated to a modern taste. We had great views over Skiathos town as the property is located in the mountains above. Some might say it's very secluded but I would say it's private and very quiet we sat on the balcony in the mornings and could only hear the wind the crickets and the birds. Be aware though that you need a good hire car / ATV to get here although we did see the occasional taxi passing. The road up is concrete and very steep. The outside of the property flows well with a small round jacuzzi and a pool sunbeds, dinning tables, seats, hammock and sling seat. I did see children's swing, etc. The pine trees around the property shade it well but you can sit in the sun if desired. I must say a special thank you to Anna the maid she was brilliant

The place is inviting and pampering. Ronny who was our contact was lovely, available and willing to help with everything possible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!
