. Warm and Welcoming Stay The stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location too — close to restaurants and local attractions. Would definitely love to come back!

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

Ratna’s place truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the balconies was just as amazing as shown in the photos. The bonfire in the courtyard was the cherry on top! It’s a superb staycation spot if you’re around Bhimtal. Ratna made sure we were comfortable, and everything was easy to navigate. We would love to visit again to her beautiful home :)

I can’t believe I finally discovered this gem on Airbnb! It took a bit of searching, but it was worth it! The excitement of stepping into such a fantastic space was unmatched. Riya, the host, is incredibly active and responsive, making the whole experience even more delightful! The stay features stunning surroundings and breathtaking views that truly allow you to relax in peace. Every amenity was exactly as described, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making it a perfect choice for any getaway. The descent from the road is narrow, but it is worth every penny. 🌟
