one unit guesthouse (1 bedroom) with small kitchen and all that you need :) A quite place in an isolated olive grove with amazing view of the sea. 15 min drive from the center of Volos. The best combination of nature and city. Perfect as a base for trips all around Pelion, 15 min from Volos, 25 min from Portaria & Makrinitsa, 75 min from the east side, 40 min from Afissos and more.

It has a large garden and a beautiful interior with stone and wood. The garden is partially covered with an almost ancient (80 year) laurel and it's a pleasure to sit in the garden.
