Magnolia Country House in Kato Gatzea, Pelion .

The house is located in Kato Gatzea, 5 minutes on foot from the sea, 17 km from Volos. It is a spacious 2 floor house, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, W.C, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditions and ceiling fans. The exterior consists of two courtyards with a garden, barbecue and dining area. The backyard in the shade of the trees has an outdoor shower. Access to the house is very easy.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

You'll love my place because of the natural surroundings, the quiet location, the direct access to the sea, and the friendly neighbourhood. The house is in a quiet and secluded location at the edge of Milina village, half a kilometre from the seafront. The Lafkos hillside rises steeply behind and the surrounding trees and greenery help to keep the house cool even in really hot weather. This spacious family home has a large garden and only one immediate neighbour.

The Lodge is part of the Ivy Boutique Retreat complex but when you book, we will not book the main retreat so you will have the entire place to yourself.
