Vacation rentals with a patio in Maenporth

Very nice flat near two great pubs (Jacob's Ladder and the Seaview Inn) and a 10 min walk to town center. Check-in was very easy and it was a very comfortable stay.

Lovely place in a great location. Ali was super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to plan another trip in the future.

Great short stay to drop our son at University. Spacious apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Recommend having a drink at the Ferry Boat Inn at Helford and a walk on the beach.

Tony's place is perfect for our stay. It's a short walk to both the beaches and the town centre, but in a very quiet area with very little traffic. The free on street parking was good, very easy to find a spot nearby. The place itself is equipped with everything we needed. Very spacial for three people. Tony is always responsive even when he fell ill. We would love to come back next year and stay at Tony's place. There's so much to do in and around Falmouth, a week felt too short!

This is a very good place to stay. !t is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. This is a great place to just to take it easy in the sitting room with lovely views of the garden and the estuary beyond. Here you can cater for yourselves or take advantage of Falmouth's many cafes and restaurants. A clean and attractive place to stay for a few days or more. it is a short walk to the town which has many interesting shops and galleries, Gylly and Swan beach, so many lovey coves. Then there is Cornwall itself, a beautiful county.

Lovely garden flat in a quiet street but just minutes from all that Falmouth has to offer. Zoe was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Highly recommended.

The property was very convenient for a family wedding we were attending. Ideal for our short stay but will definitely keep in mind for a future visit to the area. Sylvia was very welcoming & the property served all out needs

Having visited Falmouth many times over the years we have never stayed in the town. When the opportunity to have a short break arose we searched a number of Airbnb properties and it was Lauras place that stood out from the rest. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Falmouth and with the nearby ferries and bus stations getting out and about is relatively easy. We found the apartment to be extremely clean, well equipped and with one of the most fantastic views to the harbour. Should we stay again in Falmouth this apartment would be one of the first on our list for availability. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, easy to find, comfortable and warm.

This property was very clean and perfectly equipped for our one night stay. Good price for what we got. No parking issues but it was off peak. The beach is not far and ideal for the centre of hayle. we had a lovely break

Beautiful home, felt very comfortable. It was perfect for our short visit to Porthleven this weekend. It ticked all the boxes for us ie cleanliness, location etc. Would definitely stay here again. It’s a short walk to the harbour with lovely shops, pubs and eateries. Thank you

Mark’s place in Flushing is spot on. Every little detail so lovely .. a welcome packet of biscuits & cider plus fresh milk in the fridge. It’s peaceful. We slept like babies. Two pubs within a very short walk. Both excellent. The tiny ferry over to Falmouth leaves on the hour and drops you in town. We loved everything. Thank you.

Booked just by chance and what a little gem of a place. The property is well maintained and very clean and suited our weekend break. All amenities for our requirements were available and parking was spot on. We drove to most local restaurants and places of interest as it was raining which can't be helped. it was nice to come back to a niche little place which was warm, clean and tidy with a comfy bed too. Fully recommend.

Absolutely perfect. Really cosy, warm and comfortable. Very well-equipped too. Solo female traveller, so it was also important to feel safe, which I did! Excellent location and dog friendly. Free parking. Couldn't have asked for better. So pleased I found this hidden away gem.

Just as the pictures show - this was perfect for our 6 night stay visiting my daughter at uni with dogs and grandparents! We felt so at home, this lovely house had everything we needed. Parking was a bit of a challenge sometimes but the reserved parking spot near the high street was really useful and much appreciated. Will definitely return! Thank you x

We had a great stay at the cottage, Sarah was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, she even made us some rockie Road for our arrival and had put fresh roses in a vase on the table. The property and the location were idyllic. We enjoyed waking up to the cows in the field opposite, we had wonderful views as well as sun rises and sunsets. We enjoyed sitting by the log burner and again, Sarah went out of her way to make sure we had enough kindling and logs. We made use of the laundry room which is next door and parking is ample. The cottage itself was amazing, very clean, very cosy, we had everything we needed and Sarah even gave us a pizza pack so we could make our own pizza. We loved the velux windows, being able to lay in bed and watch the stars at night. We would highly recommend this little gem of a cottage.

What a fabulous studio, so very very clean and well placed for walks to the beach, St Ives and local intimate place to eat. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Elizabeth's attention to detail was phenomenal, thanks for a great stay

Very nice, clean, flat. Easy to find and had the bonus of a parking space! There was a bit of scaffolding up outside which we didn’t find out about until after we’d booked but it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t use the garden. Super spacious for 2 people, very big comfy bed. Would definitely come back for a longer stay :)

Great accommodation right in the centre of everything, but away from the noise of a town. The view was fantastic with lots happening across the bay. Even in mid November we managed a couple of days on the balcony taking everything in. The apartment has all you need & is very comfortable

Everything about the place was as described and more. Access super easy, spacious and clean, great layout. Super comfy beds. (Confirmed by two teenagers!) Excellent communications with host and great value for money. Ace touches with shower gel and shampoos and tea and coffee and a mix of condiments. Would definitely look to book again if we ever return to the area. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment featured lovely big bedrooms and nice bathrooms, providing both space and comfort. The open-plan living space was perfect for our family dinners, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better – just across the road from a beautiful beach that offers great coffee and meals. We especially appreciated that dogs are allowed on Tolcarne Beach from 1st October to 1st May, making it a perfect trip for the whole family, furry members included. The convenience of two undercover car parks with easy access to the apartment made things stress-free. Plus, the underfloor heating was a luxurious treat, especially on cooler days. Highly recommended!

Very clean and quiet, and you can find any daily necessities you might need. An excellent experience!!!

The accommodation was lovely and spacious, very close to everything, Diana was a great host. Lovely touches for the dogs and very thoughtful. Will definitely be returning
