Vacation rentals with a patio in Madeira

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! The location was beautiful with amazing views. The space was clean and as described. Pedro was very communicative & helpful throughout the entire stay. Having both pool and beach access was incredible! We would stay here again.

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean from all rooms, loved it so much that my wife did not want to leave the apartment. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Please note uber/bolt is harder to plan for, best if you have a rental.

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

Thank you Nellita for these two wonderful weeks on your island. The apartment was perfect for me, as I love tranquility. I will have very good memories of the sunsets on the terrace and the proximity of the Madeirans in the neighborhood bars/restaurants. Will be back without hesitation... Até a proxima Nellita

Old Zone is a very spacious apartment, in a great location near the cable car, restaurants, old town, very central. Corina was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay in Funchal.

Home away from home. Christians place in Paul do Mar felt immediately like home to us. The apartment is spacious, clean and super comfortable within an amazing location in the super cute village of Paul do Mar. There is plenty of parking closeby, a supermarket to walk to and a great seafood restaurant and snack bar next door. We loved the balcony nestled between mountains, banana fields and the ocean. You can hear the calming sound of the ocean in the apartment and we slept so well. We definitely will choose to come here again and can highly recommend. Thank you!

Great stay! Patricia is very responsive, rigorous and welcoming, the house is of exemplary cleanliness and very pleasant to stay in, with a lovely view of the horizon. Everything you might need is provided in the accommodation (and even more). For accommodation, it is better to have a car because all the roads are sloping in Madeira, but the calm and charm of the place are worth it. Most of the island's landmarks are quickly accessible from the house. In conclusion, I am delighted and would highly recommend it!

A beautiful, cozy, clean cottage with a beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the sea! Everything has been thought of, very cozy furnished! Highly recommended to go to! In the village on the boulevard, there are all kinds of restaurants and two beaches. The cottage is nicely centrally located on the island to take the beautiful levada walks.

What a unique place with everything you’ll need to prepare whatever meals you want, Mario has thought of everything! . Stairs are a bit steep, but well worth it when you see the expansive sea. Location is great- walking distance to the market and other things. We really enjoyed ourselves here!

The house is very nicely located, a little off the beaten track but very quiet with a magnificent panoramic view of the valley and down to the sea. We were there in May and had sun on the roof terrace from 10 AM to 8 PM. The decor is tasteful and there is everything you need. For cooler days there are heaters. The landlady is very friendly and welcomed us personally. During the stay, she was there to help and guide us. We felt very comfortable in the house and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great apartment, and we'd recommend it without any doubts! The location is perfect. Amazing views. The huge terrace/balcony is a nice place for morning coffee, breakfast, or cosy evenings. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you would need. We felt like we were at home, not in a rented apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even helped with a birthday surprise for my wife :) 100 %!!!

Such a beautiful house on the mountain. You have the sea view. Rui very helpful, he helped us a lot with checking in. You have to be able to drive properly when booking this accommodation. The best way is to use the way according to the instructions of the landlord. The surroundings are fantastic, very quiet and very private. We will definitely come back.

The staying in Cabana Costa Norte was amazing. The house corresponds to the photo and description. All amenities for living and cooking are present as stated. You can also have a barbecue outside. Communication with Adriana was excellent, she responded quickly and was helpful. We are gratefy for the useful recommendations from Adriana and her parents. The house is located in a picturesque village, very close to must-go places: Fanal forest, Seixal beach, natural pools, hiking routes. It was great to live in this part of the island, which allowed us to see all the beauty of the island. The house among the mountains and the ocean only helped us love Madeira even more.

This place was spectacular! My husband and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The extra large balcony was a huge plus and the view is amazing. Jose and family were extremely helpful throughout our stay and flexible about check in as our plane coming into Madeira was late. This is our 2nd stay in Madeira and we will surely coming back in the future with this air bnb as our first choice of places to stay! 10/10!

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

The apartment was just perfect. Quiet but not far from supermarket and shops with an easy taxi ride into the old town. Marina says she will respond within 30mins to any query - it was quicker. She was extremely helpful. Could not fault her.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Great accommodation, located directly by the sea, you can look directly from the bed at the sea! The accommodation is super furnished, you have everything you need. Shopping facilities are also a few minutes' drive away. A parking space for the rental car was also available. We were super satisfied and will be happy to return!

Everything went super seamless and Joanna was probably the kindest host we’ve ever encountered. Very responsive, great local recommendations and super helpful, even after our stay. The place was very beautiful and thoughtfully designed. After our long day hikes, it was just perfect for relaxing and recharging. We felt comfortable from the moment we entered. The area is very peaceful but close enough to popular places. Being located fairly central in the south of the island, we had a solid base for our explorations. Whoever is going to Madeira, will receive this place as our number 1 recommendation.
