Vacation rentals with a patio in Macumba Beach

My experience was excellent! We stayed at Januário and Lívia's place during an event in Rio Centro and everything was great. The location is excellent, very close to the convention center, which made our commute much easier. There were five of us and everyone felt very welcome. Livia was extremely attentive from the time of booking until the end of the stay, always available for any adjustments or questions. The place is well structured and very functional. Another positive point is the practicality... There is a market right next door, with great prices, and two excellent restaurants right in front... Mineiro and Santos, with tasty food, fair prices and impeccable service. We strongly recommend it for anyone going to events or even sightseeing. It was a comfortable, safe stay with great hosts. The apartment meets all the requirements, is a few minutes to the beach and is perfect for two people who need some space (and want a small private pool). Also recommended is the housekeeper "Mrs. Help" which also cleans the apartment very neatly every day for a small fee Matthias is a particularly attentive host who takes care of everything immediately.

Amazing apartment, great location ! The view is so beautiful, the terrace is big so you can really enjoy it. Host was always helpful and there for me, Thank you again ! The location is pretty safe, but you have to walk until Sheraton to call ubers, and always come back to sheraton & then walk until the apartment. I would say it’s pretty safe, but you always have to be careful. As a female solo traveler I had no problems, even coming back at nights. You can also walk until Leblon beach for like 15-20min and the view is great. Thank you !

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Very good apartment! The view is worth the most! Despite being an old building, the apartment is well cared for and beautiful (with an elevator of those ancient who are kkk fear). It could have more accessories like glasses for a better wine and cutlery... but it was worth it!! The hosts are very helpful and polite, they helped us as much as they could!

Overall incredible stay ! We were a group of 11 an the house was spacious enough for all of us. The views are unparalleled in the city and its 15 minute car ride from nearly everything. If you want a safe and unique space for a group of friends and family in Rio, this is it !

The house is very beautiful, just like the photos. José is super attentive and proactive, gave us recommendations for local restaurants and was flexible with schedules. It doesn't appear in the house description, but it's super-equipped! It has a sandwich maker, Air Fryer, water filter, air-conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fan, fan in the living room, turntable and vinyl records (I didn't use them, so as not to damage them, but there are some), washing machine and some food such as coffee, sugar etc. It's worth it!

Very nice house, extremely well equipped in a great location in a nice and secure area. Housekeepers are nice and easily accessible. (Thanks to Jo for the mosquito repellent, without which the stay would just not be possible…)

The house is great, has a lot of privacy and both the rooms and the outside area are very cozy. The location is wonderful. The air conditioning of both the living room and the bedroom is very good and the shower is great too. The kitchen has a comfortable space for cooking. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely be back.

Dora is an off-bend host. Extremely attentive and concerned for everything to be wonderful. D. Denise, responsible for the delivery of the property, is also kind and presents the property in a very enlightening way. The building is the space I was looking for to rest with my family. A lot of comfort and good taste make the environment so pleasant. I already live in Rio and I will definitely come back other times.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

My stay at Tatiana's place was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed.
