Must send a message to me (host/owner) and request the special offer… The guest house was biut in 2019 and has a contemporary vibe It was thoughtfully designed with all amenities you will need for a luxurious get away to Highlands Full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, smart TV, blue tooth sound bar in living room and dual blue tooth speakers outside on the porch. Custom tile shower. Wonderful linens and new memory foam mattress. Alert!!!!!! I do not allow college students or guests under the age of 25 to book unless they are accompanied by a parent, adult or guardian.

This is a newly constructed space in our exposed basement with windows in every room and new furniture throughout. It features a deck overlooking the lake, a separate side deck, a full kitchen and a master bedroom with a sleep number bed. There is a stacked washer/dryer and the living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
