Very nice place right on the beach. Me and my family had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely come back to stay again. Also David was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was great, from check in, to check out. Condo was just as described, very close to beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again. Look forward to coming back.

We stayed here summer of 2024 and instantly scheduled for summer of 2025 after leaving . Joseph is extremely friendly and has quick response time . This place is perfect for a small family . The pool is very nice and clean . The other guest are also very friendly . We hope to come back soon !

Great view, clean and easy to get down to the beach.

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach, the view of the beach from this place is AMAZING! There is so much to do in the resort without having to leave. We are hoping to be back next year!

We had the perfect girls weekend at Jamie’s home! She was extremely helpful and responsive. The pool / backyard was the perfect place to relax and we felt right at home in the living area. Would love to come back for future trips and highly recommend!

This place was in great location with lots of tourist attractions nearby with easy beach access. The home was decorated well with plenty of amenities and fun things for the kids to experience. Communication was easy with Alicia who responded promptly. The place was very clean and organized with comfortable furnishings. Would be a great place for larger groups to rent multiple units.

I loved it! Place was beautiful and private! With its own pool and an excellent host communication! He even let us in early and took 5 seconds for responses! Clean and so worth it!

we had a wonderful stay at Terrah's place. Could'nt have been easier to check in. The gate and door codes worked perfectly. The a/c was a beast. It kept the condo as cool as we wanted it because it was hot! It was clean and had everything we needed. This was our first experience with Airbnb and this beats a hotel hands down. We felt at home and will do it again. Terrah was fast in responding to my questions and that means a lot. Our stay was again wonderful.

Mimi’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and scenic. The views from her home are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Mimi was truly the best host. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Every question was answered promptly, and her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We had such an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. This condo is a great find. We spent a few days here while passing through the area. The condo was very clean and had everything one would need: a stocked kitchen, owner provided coffee and laundry detergent, space to eat, a smart tv in each room, clean bathroom and kitchen, more than enough sleeping space for a family of 5, comfy beds and warm water. It was quiet and across the street from the beach. It’s walking distance from a grocery story and restaurants. The pool was refreshing and clean. Overall a great place. The owner was also very responsive and kind. All instructions from the beginning were clear and helpful. Thank you!
