The apartment is on the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements (1 double bed, 2 single beds that can also be used as a double bed). Cozy mountain apartment on the sunny slope with a view. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 1 1/2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Tälfsch in the beautiful Prättigau in Grisons. The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, while in winter you can reach the Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa ski resorts in a short time.

The chalet is fully equipped and can accommodate 2 people. A kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with shower is also available in the chalet. The location slightly above Küblis is optimal and offers a magnificent view.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. The apartment is ideal for families with children (even toddlers)
