Vacation rentals with a patio in Prättigau/Davos District

We had a great weekend at Andreas' apartment. Even in advance, the communication was extremely pleasant and reliable. The apartment is totally beautifully decorated and very cozy, we could have spent the whole weekend there :-) The location in Davos Platz just below the promenade was perfect for us (visiting friends in the neighborhood). Good shopping and great bars within minutes walking distance. Free parking right in front of the house. Everything we needed was there – the coffee machine was the icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back!

Rebecca was very nice and always promptly answered all of our questions. The apartment corresponds to the description. Very clean and equipped. I recommend it to everyone, great location near the bus stop and a short walk from Parsenn. We'll be happy to come back.

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

An absolute gem in Zernez! This beautiful apartment stole our hearts. It’s incredibly spacious, with tall ceilings and a bright, cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a dream home. The spectacular views from the windows are breathtaking, with the charming town, nearby river, and gorgeous trails just outside the door. The bathrooms are big and luxurious, and every detail in the apartment reflects so much heart and care. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for exploring nature or simply soaking in the beauty of this quaint, picturesque town. We honestly wish this was our home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Swiss Alps.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

We had a wonderful time at this private house! A very cozy, clean and well-kept place. We particularly liked the sauna and barbecue area – perfect for a stay with friends or family. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a swimming pool nearby where we also had a great time. The hosts are very kind and thoughtful. Very nice modern apartment close to the gondola. It has all you need, perhaps even more than that. Our family enjoyed the stay and Matt was always readily able to advise.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a cosy weekend away for the two of us. A wonderful spot that had great access but was very private and peaceful and bursting to the seams with character. It had everything we could've wanted & more, was genuinely very homely, and you could tell that Ladina and family also stay there. Ladina was very response to all communication and patient with us.

Hitsch responded quickly and was very helpful. Very good accommodation, good with space, everything was in the kitchen that you needed to cook both breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Appreciated the little extras like a small wine bottle and chocolate waiting at check-in, that there was dish soap and other things that you need as well as small shampoo bottle and soap. It doesn't cost much but it simplifies the property when you arrive late and have limited time and makes it nice of course.

Beautiful very modern apartment. But you must go to the garage which is the ground floor to obtain the keys and enter. Once inside the garage, the apartment is basically 6 stories up, only 2 of which have an elevator. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 stories before riding an elevator the last 2 stories! We left our heavy ski bag in the locked community garage.

Beat's apartment is very stylish and cozy and has a fantastic view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would be happy to come back.
