Connecting with nature . The Apartment is in Punta Banderas the Best Spot in All Luquillo .because its been always like a Private Beach and at this moment is what we really need ! This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view from the balcony in Tower I. It has high speed internet, 2 Smart TV's, air conditioners, washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen. It is 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and Old San Juan. Additionally it is nearby from El Yunque Rainforest, and 2 min. from the "kioskos de Luquillo & Luquillo Beach". It accommodates 2 people with private parking for rental vehicle and 24/7 security.

Wonderful ocean front one bedroom condo. At beautiful Playa Azul, Luquillo, Puerto Rico! It is a perfect central location with much to do. We have a beach, a rainforest, golf, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, and much more. A place for everything!! Just READ my reviews from my past guests. They say it ALL!! And YES, it's just like the pics... UPDATE ‼️ We have TWO NEW ELEVATORS and they will start revamping the outside of the building in the up coming months.‼️

This property is located in the middle of a very beach style town with a great beach across the street. Surfing area is also found a bit down in La Pared sector. The property is located about ten minutes from the rainforest and 45 minutes from the airport. Well maintained property with an outstanding sea view.
