It’s perfect for peace and quiet. It’s small so would be great for a couple. It was clean and she was quick to respond messages.

Beautiful location! Liliana’s place was very cute! The view from the kitchen was absolutely stunning :) I will recommend that everyone stays here for a couple days.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Katianas place. Her place was clean, had plenty of towels, was literally a short walk to a very calm and peaceful beach. She also had chairs, beach toys and a cooler to use, which was great. It’s super close to the Luquillo Kioskos, and also another beach area that had a ton of things to do. The area felt safe as well. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui and the random rain we got most days. Overall, it was a good space and a good location. Katiana was also very responsive if we had questions, her instructions on checking in and getting keys out of lockboxes. Thank you again Katiana!

A great place to get to know and visit beaches and the El Yunque Forest.

The place was a gem. Everything was clean and neat- easy to find and the beach was a block away. I liked the fact it was a bit more on the quieter side and you weren’t in the center of the city but close enough to drive it. I would love to stay here again— and they were super responsive when we had an issue (locking ourselves out of the apartment— shoutout to Lydia and Airbnb customer service for helping us get back in) The only thing that we actually found amusing were the stray cats! There were so many and they would stand by the door trying to get into the house (the gray cat especially) we loved the cats but def had a moment where we felt a bit ganged up by them when they smelled the food we had (all fun though) we would suggest doing something about that. Other than that- 10/10 love it and would recommend everyone to check out

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was clean, and in a great location- just steps from the beach! We were staying in Luquillo for one night as we traveled through the island, and we loved getting to be immersed in the city culture. Maria was responsive and kind. We are thankful for our time there!

Great location with great views. Comfortable beds and pillows for a great sleep and loved being able to hear the waves at night. The pool was under repair so the kids couldn't use that, but with the beach right out front and a calm river right next to it as well, the kids had plenty to do. Plus the kids loved going to the natural water slides about a 10 minute drive away. Even with the overcast skies and occasional rain showers in June it was always warm outside and in the water and it never got in the way of the kids having fun. Even though the surfing wasn't great, the shallow beach and constant 2 foot waves were some of the best boogie boarding the kids have enjoyed on our many vacations. Elvis was a great host as well.

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

The view was beautiful and breathtaking, definitely recommend it.

Stayed one day between Vieques ferry and airport. It was a perfect spot to visit Luquillo beach and just unwind before flying home. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Mark shared very detailed instructions and tips for the area.

Elise was an amazing host. Alex was incredibly helpful as well. This view is even better than the pictures. The beach wasn’t overcrowded at all. It was fun playing in the waves on this part of the beach. So many restaurants to choose from that are in walking distance. The Puerto Rican rum shot in the fridge was such a nice touch. I will definitely be back one day soon :)

great bang for the buck

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

She reached out to us ahead of time and kept us informed, even offering early check-in as soon as the previous guests checked out. Throughout our stay, she was extremely responsive—she even brought us batteries for the remote in less than an hour after we requested them! The parking was convenient, and the security staff was friendly and welcoming. We had absolutely no complaints—this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in Puerto Rico!

Had an amazing stay! Was kept very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and anything you could think of was provided. Host was super friendly and helpful! 100% would recommend

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.

We had a great stay here! Danielle’s descriptions of the place, instructions for check in and recommendations in the area were all accurate and helpful. The place was very clean and incredibly well stocked with necessary items. We got more than we expected! Danielle was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The only issues we ran into had to do with conservation efforts going on in PR that shut off our water for one night and an elevator that didn’t get called up to our floor. We understand that the island has been working on preserving water and electricity due to recent storms and would still highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is located right on the beach, so the view from the balcony is fantastic. You can sit for hours, admire the scenery, and listen to the waves. The restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Anderson responded quickly and was very helpful. There are a few things that could be updated in the apartment, but overall, it's a good choice if you're traveling to Luquillo.
