Vacation rentals with a pool in Pitahaya

Had a great weekend with the family. The place was super peaceful and private. A lot of space for the kids to play. We had a power outage on the island this weekend and the house was super prepared for that. Super fun, and comfortable for families.

Teisa and Emilio were the most gracious hosts I’ve ever experienced on Airbnb! Their property was beautiful, spacious, and so clean. The snacks and water/soda were added bonuses. Coffee and tea first thing in the morning with a gorgeous view. Near Luquillo and El Yunque. Honestly they treated us like family and had great suggestions on where we should go. Wished we stayed longer and will definitely book again!!

Our stay in Torres’ AirBnb exceeded our expectations. Our experience was great from beginning to end. Torres was a responsive host, the location was excellent and the house was exceptional providing all the necessary amenities, additional game room, pool view was fantastic and it felt peaceful and safe. This is a place I can see coming again and again. I have already recommended it to my family and friends.

Johel was very responsive to help with any questions. The home looked like all of the pictures. Very clean, modern, and great for entertaining yourselves. The homes was clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Very cool lighting and ambience. Outdoor area was great to spend time. Very centrally located to Beach, Kioskos, and grocery stores.

Great spot for a base camp for exploring the NE part of the island. We had 2 families of 4 and were pleased with everything: the space, the amenities, the communication. Would definitely stay here again.

First let me say that Josephina is absolutely a great host!! Her home is Beautiful and I would absolutely recommend her place!! Well worth every penny!!!!

We were part of a group of three families (6 adults; 5 boys ages 10-13) visiting for Spring Break. The house fit all our needs! The inside was spacious and the yard was very private. The boys loved the pool, playing basketball, and practicing baseball in the yard. The adults loved lounging on the upper and lower patios. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and we were so close to the beach and rainforest! JC was a remarkable host and very responsive.

Such a beautiful house! It’s perfect if you’re traveling with more than 1 person, it’s spacious and the pool is amazing, very clean house and rail was helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay here! The unit is very spacious, super clean and in a quiet complex. We lost power when on the island and the community is equipped with a generator, so we never missed a beat. Our stay was amazing! Loved having coffee on the porch in the morning and swimming at the pool! Thank you for an amazing stay in PR!

Condo was great! I spent a lot of time reading reviews of lots of different units in Sandy Hills, and was pleasantly surprised after everything I read (because I think I was prepared for the worst) The neighborhood around the building is a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. The building is definitely under repair and the elevator felt a little horror movieesque with flickering lights and creepy noises, but it worked just fine and we never had a problem with it. The unit itself was great. It had exactly what it said it had, it had an absolutely insane view, and we loved spending time in it. The AC units are amazing. I didn’t love Luquillo, honestly, but this unit was absolutely the best part of our trip. The view alone is probably something I’ll never experience for the price ever again. Definitely stay here if you’re considering it.

This place was great. All of the amenities listed were as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The days we were there we had some clouds and rain therefore the pool felt a bit cold and the jacuzzi did not have hot water. This is more on the maintenance of the building i belive not the host. It would have been nice but the view made up for it 1000%. The apartment was nice, had plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, really nice balcony to enjoy the views and amazing breeze. PR lost power for several hours and Tania reached out to us immediately to give us additional instructions to navigate the situation. Luckily, the complex has generators so literally other than a quick flicker of the lights its all we noticed. Everything worked in the apartment as if nothing was happening. This was a PLUS! The apartment has everything you need to stay in or to go out from chairs, coolers, toys for the beach or pool! Really loved our stay. Great location to everything you need to do in PR.

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

Beautiful place and as described. 20th floor and right on the beach! The laundry and hot tub were closed for renovations. The inside of this apartment is worth the price, small but big enough for 2! Cold a/c and perfect ocean view! Would recommend and would stay again!

We had a great stay! I came with my husband and 2 adult children for a wedding in Rio Grande and staying at Yohany’s place was just right. It was about 45min. from the San Juan airport, close to the wedding venue and easy access to highway 3 which took you to many restaurants, local towns, beaches, rainforest and more. We came the day of the massive blackout but Yohany communicated and reassured us through text that the place had electricity because the condo complex had generators. She also called later that night to make sure all was ok. Her place was just as stated. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and organized. There was a beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was also a plus as well as the elevator. I had knee replacement surgery a few months before so the elevator came in handy. I would surely stay here again. I highly recommend.Thank-you Yohany for being a great host

We truly enjoyed our stay! The view was breathtaking. Ruthy had ALL the essentials needed at her place. We would definitely come back!

Great location, beach is right behind, el yunque, Carabali, Fajardo cinemas, places to eat, los Kiosk is de Luquillo, Ceiba, medical centers, supermarkets, pharmacy everything no more than 10-15 minutes away. The apartment has all basics, very clean and feels cozy. Building is being worked in as areas of needed attention where everything else just wins this as value for money is 100% there. Thanks to host for extra help when needed and very available.
