Cute apartment with plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and beach supplies. The host was very responsive and helpful for every situation. The location is nice because you are close to the metro area but also not in a busy/loud area. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend! :)

A great stay. Minutes away from the ferry, 10 minutes from the marina, and 20 minutes from Fajardo and the East edge of El Yunque. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed and the bathroom had good shampoo and conditioner. The bed was very comfortable. The AC works great. I slept like a baby!

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed. The space is perfect and the distance from nice places is spot on. LOVED that is mega eco-friendly. Will stay next year for sure :)

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building is older, not fancy but well maintained with security and cameras on site. The location is right on the beach and close to restaurants, 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket is a 10 minute walk and Ubers are readily available. Public bus is nearby. Smart TVs so you can log in to your apps. Close to the airport and a short drive to Old San Juan. Detailed instructions provided for checking in and accessing the unit, no keypad so be sure to keep track of the keys with fobs. The host responds within minutes. Overall we had a pleasant experience. I would book again with this host.

Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

We just recently celebrated a friend‘s birthday trip here the Airbnb is absolutely immaculate and has such stunning views of the water, you are literally within 5 feet of the sand and able to have an easy beach day a pool day and the surrounding restaurants and rooftops are also good quality and so easy to get toI really think this is an amazing location and overall I would stay here again. It’s perfect for large groups I have literally no complaints

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

The apartment was clean, in a great location, a block from the beach. Security in lobby, felt safe. Right in the middle of Condado so plenty to do in the area and a short ride away from Old San Juan. Thank you!

Great place! My friends and I didn’t expect such a great place for a great price. We also loved the two pools and hot tubs that were available on the property to use. We ate at the resort as well and were taken by golf carts and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had so many amenities, we wanted to stay longer to enjoy all of them! Great location too- a short drive to get to ceiba for the ferry terminals to go to culebra or Vieques, and short drive to Luqillo. Only a 1 hr drive to get to San Juan as well. Thank you for the great place, we will definitely be going again!

Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

The location was perfect. There were a few minor issues, some out of anyone’s control, but they were solved very fast because of the hosts fast communication. I would definitely stay again.

Xavier was a great host! While visiting the country , there was a power outage for a day and a half. He was sure to keep updated on the situation and also bought a battery for us to charge our devices and to connect to wifi. He was pleasant and answered any question that we asked him. The apartment was clean and looked exactly liked the photos. The location was perfect, close to pretty much everything. Would definitely recommend Xavier as a host.

Easy access and he takes really good care of it. Loved the location and the surrounding area was pretty good, with a grocery store and such close by too. He provides a couple of essentials for your trip and is very responsive over text. would definitely rent from him again.

Location is so good for people wanting to go out and enjoy the nightlife of Old San Juan. Within a block there's a dozen bars, multiple coffee shops, a restaurant, and tons of tourist attractions and history. As many have said, earplugs & an eye mask are a must. Not just for the 24/7 bad bunny being played by four bars within ear shot, but also for the cars with no brake pads sliding down the hill outside your window and the groups of drunk friends shouting outside. The apartment is old and shows it, but as long as you don't expect too much modern luxury it should be more than adequate. That said, I feel it's very fairly priced for what you get! Hernan was very responsive and helpful when prompted, and I got the impression that he would have helped more if we needed it, but I also got the impression we annoyed him by not having read the entire welcome document before asking things of him 😂

Souls place looked just like the pictures, the location was walking distance to everything in that area. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we didn't get to spend time on the rooftop, but it was very nice up there. But just like most of the reviews, there is 4 flights of stairs, we didn't mind. and 1 bath room is tiny, the sink and toliet need to swap positions lol. but overall the place was excellent.
