We can fully recommend the apartment. We felt very comfortable. The location is very good, within a few minutes you are in the center of the village or on the ski buses. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for self-catering. Bathroom very clean and practical. The entire apartment is nicely furnished and the terrace is also very nice. Thank you for everything, we'd love to come back.

We stayed for the second time for a week in the apartment with Maximilian and like last time we loved it this time too. Maximilian is a very helpful and straightforward host who was always there to help us immediately if we had a question. One of the best Airbnb stays in a long time – the two of us were there for a week. Spacious place, very chic and stylishly furnished, and of course the hot tub on the very large roof terrace is a highlight - or just spend the evening in front of the cozy fireplace. In direct walking distance, everything is available (shops, restaurants, etc.) Overall highly recommended!

Really great stay, spacious apartment , perfect for two couples with 2 bathrooms. lots of facilities and utensils for cooking. location is great as close to the train station with easy access to the surrounding areas and would be even better in peak season when the train from alpanchstad is running direct to Pilatus.

Very great apartment in a beautiful location. Everything was available in the apartment, we rarely had such a well-equipped apartment. Very clean and well maintained. The key handover was uncomplicated, as everything was communicated beforehand. Very well organized. Inquiries were answered very quickly. What was a little unfortunate for us was the TV program. You didn't have a regular TV program. You should log in with your account, but we don't have it as we don't have a Samsung TV at home. It was a shame at the time of football. The fact that you have to pay the tourist tax for everyone for the whole time was also new to us. We ourselves were on site for 14 days and had a visit for 4 days... So far we had to pay the tax exactly day. This is not possible from the PC system?! There's so much to do in the area. There is something for everyone. Also on fire there are great restaurants, bars, shopping.... Nothing is missing!

We had a fantastic experience staying at James' place in Lucerne! The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, and we loved being able to take advantage of the free Zone 10 transportation during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be for James to provide the free transportation pass a day or two in advance, as we had already paid for our transport to his place. It would have been great to save that expense! As a family of three, we really enjoyed our time here. My daughter absolutely adored the bathtub, especially with the starlight window above her bed—it made bath time feel magical! I also appreciated having a separate sleeping area from my husband, as he tends to snore a bit. Hahaha! Overall, we loved our stay in Lucerne and would highly recommend James' place

We had a very nice stay for our skiing weekend. The flat was comfy with a beautiful view to the mountains. We felt right at home. Billy always responded quickly and we could arrange arrival and departure flexibly. In the winter you can probably ski down to the gondola. Later in the season when there is no snow anymore in the valley, you have two walk down about 500m or go to the underground parking lot close to the gondola by car.

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Hans place was great and Andrea was great at communication. The location is great, only 8 mins to the center station. The waterbody described is walkable however not much to do on this side of the lake. The apt building is sorrounded by office building and a construction site which can be noisy in the am on weekdays, wasnt much of a problem for us as we were out and about early most days. The bedroom was nice and clean, however had two relatively smaller pillows and I agree with someone on here that the bed couldve been a bit more comfortable. The place is kept quiet cozy even when it was 50F out, we couldnt control the indoor temp so opened the windows and used pedestal fan provided. The bathroom was nice and clean, however there were no shampoo/shower gel, its ok as we got to explore to the nearby Migros mart which is maybe a 10 or so min walk. The kitchen was nice and clean, had all the crockery that one would need, we made breakfast almost daily. Overall great stay and recommended

Excellent hospitality at Silvia and Roland’s Airbnb. Place was clean, exactly how it was described and also decorated for Christmas! Silvia and Roland were also very responsive hosts. We had a minor issue that required a fuse to be switched and they drove out to our place on Christmas Eve and fixed it within 20 minutes! Great service.
