Baita con due camere da letto, ampio soggiorno e giardino immersa nel verde della natura. Raggiungibile a 20 minuti circa a piedi da Albogasio superiore (650 metri a piedi, dislivello (dal posteggio) 200 metri ca). Posteggi gratuiti ai piedi della salita. La casa si trova vicino alla Svizzera e a Porlezza e non è distante dal lago e da alcuni rinfrescanti fiumi (bisogna scendere dalla salita per raggiungerli).
