Thank you Claire for a wonderful short stay in your tiny home. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, not far from Wellington yet private and peaceful. The hut was comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for eating out and secure for the dogs. If we come back to Somerset we'll definitely look to stay here again. Thank you!

Fiona was attentive and very welcoming, even though we only stayed the one night she made us feel at home. the place was beautiful and clean, little touches like board games and leaflets of dog walking areas and things to do near where was very thoughtful. we would definitely stay here again! thank you for welcoming my little family for the night.

Ropemakers Cottage is perfect. A proper homely feel, beautifully clean and so well presented. It has all you need to be comfy and cosy and the surroundings are stunning. So quiet but a town with all amenities so close too. Such a central spot to get to all parts of the West Country. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

This was a fantastic place to stay and James is an excellent host. The property is well equipped & furnished, with en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms (& powerful showers!) and there was a generous ‘welcome’ box of treats waiting for us on arrival. Access to an EV charging point made our stay extremely convenient. Heartily recommended.
