Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lower Austria

Nice house in a quiet location. Everything is available. Many nearby getaways. Mörbisch is a very idyllic place with lovely and friendly people.

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

It is located in a quiet and comfortable area, and the homeowners are at the top of taste, respect and cooperation. Wolf was a super nice and attentive host. We arrived with a baby, as far as I can see, he moved the furniture so that the bed was against the wall and our little one couldn't roll out. Windows and sockets in the house are childproof. The cottage is absolutely charming and cozy, with many loving details and a well-equipped kitchen, where nothing was really missing. The garden is heavenly... super quiet location, heavenly nature, lots of flowers and everywhere there are small hidden corners that invite you to linger. There's obviously a lot of love in here. We felt totally comfortable.

Quiet beautiful location in the Waldviertel. The house offers everything you need and more. Teall was always available and described and organized everything well. It was a successful stay.

Once again, we spent a few quiet days in the Waldviertel. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy. But it was all the more cozy in the house. And the poodle liked the large garden despite bad weather.

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

great value for the price. Eyal was a very receptive and thoughtful host, especially at check-in. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. One piece of advice, there was a little lack of bath foam in the bathroom.

I recommend this apartment, everything is fine

Great spacious apartment with two bedrooms. There was enough space for four people. A large table for breakfast, the kitchen has everything you need (even spices). Very clean. Near the metro station (5 min walk and 10 min to St. Stephen's Cathedral - metro line 3). Tram 71 goes to the center right here. There are at least three shops (LIDL, PENNY, BILLA) and three bakeries within a few minutes. Very convenient location! The host is very helpful and will always answer any question.

We had a lovely stay at Happy's apartment. It is quiet, very spacious and has good bedding, important after a day of sightseeing. It is also ideally located, 5 minutes from the train station on foot, a few stations from the historic center, direct line from the airport. In the evening, the millenium is 2 steps away: restaurants, supermarkets or fruit and vegetable vendors near the train station. Happy is very welcoming and very responsive. We'll be back with pleasure on a future visit to Vienna.

We had a great stay..! All the reviews i read about the place are true. Very clean, easily accessible from airport and to all the part of the city via public transport, outstanding and friendly host, clear communication and instructions, very responsive, place is big enough for family of 3 or 4 or a couple, next door cafés and restaurant were great, walkable to all the places, bed and pillows were comfy, kitchen was functional enough, peaceful neighbourhood and very safe. Next door gym doesn’t bother you a bit don’t worry about it at all. All in all great apartment to stay for short or long visit to Vienna. Especially for travellers from India or south east Asia, because of the access to Indian and Asian restaurants. Only improvement i must suggest is a shower partition instead of shower curtain so that water doesn’t spill in corridors.

Tina has been very helpful and tried her best to satisfy my requests. Always smiling and proactive. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, easy to reach, and not so far from the city center.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay in Vienna! The apartment was perfect for us and especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. It was extremely convenient to the train station and food stores. The apartment had everything we needed and will for sure stay there on our next visit. Artem was a fantastic host, very responsive and very much appreciate all the assistance. Thank you!

It was a very nice stay. The location was very calm and peaceful. Only thing is that there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Everything else was amazing. No noise, air conditioners and fans. Greenery and cozy.

Large and airy apartment, comfortable and clean. Easy transport links, and good local amenities.

We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very lovingly decorated and you will find everything you need. Bus and subway are in the immediate vicinity and you can quickly get to downtown. We enjoyed the walk along the Danube to the subway and the Congress Center. We will be happy to come back.

Great listing, my boyfriend and I were here for a couple of days and it was exactly what we needed. It was walkable to the city center and was quiet from all the noise, making it easy for us to rest. I would definitely stay here again!

Tina is a wonderful host. I thank him for his kindness and attention. The house was cold in the evenings on the dates we stayed. I reported this situation to Tinan. He contacted the apartment manager. However, due to the fact that it is a central system and it is a warm situation for Vienna, we had a heating problem. However, it was important for me that Tina met with the apartment manager and tried to offer a solution. There is noise because the house is on the street, but we completed our stay by taking this into account. If I go to Vienna again, I'll contact Tina again.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

We have been here three times already. Elke is a perfect host, the house is immaculate and the place is magical.
