Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

The apartment is ideal for short or longer stays, it is quietly located in the back of the courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for up to 2 people. Industrial flair from then combined with modern interiors. Light domes with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed view of the sky. Livable location, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.

The excellent transport connections and the proximity to the main train station not only makes it easier to get there, but also makes the apartment the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
