Beachfront vacation rentals in Lorne

We loved our stay! Big house with two large living areas with comfy couches and ocean views. (You could even hear the waves at night). Well equipped house with a fab vintage/art deco vibe. Beach across the road at the end of the driveway, a 15 min walk into town along the beach. Lovely host-would recommended to others and hope to be back!

The location and upstairs view was amazing and perfect for families to share!

We had a lovely time staying here. The location was fantastic, being able to dine with ocean views was a wonderful experience! The local beach is walking distance and it might have just been the time of year we visited but it was very quiet and peaceful. Would happily return!

Fantastic holiday house for a family getaway. Close to waterways and has everything you need in the house, so no real need to go out either. The pool and table tennis made our stay even more enjoyable. Very clean with plenty of open spaces.

Janell and Nathan have done a beautiful job with the decoration! The space was clean and well prepared. We were particularly impressed with how they managed to fit all the amenities in the apartment, yet still have the place feeling so spacious! Everything has a place, and everything you could need is there. Had a lovely weekend stay, would love to come back sometime :)

This is our second stay at Kareka and it was just as comfortable and well equipped as last time. There is nothing nicer than falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves in a warm, soft bed. Has all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway, and a convenient drive to nearby shops and other sites of the beautiful Otways. Thank you Sally and Kate, for being great hosts!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was even prettier than the photos - perfect living spaces for some home cooking, some big family dinners and board games. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the ferry. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Perfect spot for a weekend away!!

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructions were clear, and Lana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location couldn't be better—just across the road from the beach and within walking distance of great cafes and restaurants. Having access to the resort's outdoor pool, indoor pool, and gym was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Our three generations had a fabulous weekend in Torquay for a wedding. The house couldn’t be in a better location, close to the beach and cafes. The kids had a swim in the heated pool, we had plenty of room for everyone and just loved our stay. Marnie went above and beyond with the welcome basket, great communication and even posted back a few items we left behind at the house.

What an amazing stay at Saltwater Villa in Rye! The space was large, beautifully decorated and included all the amenities and appliances we could have ever needed to make our little getaway special. The home was clean and perfectly fit the description of the listing. We immediately felt welcome on arrival, as did our fur-babies. Tamara was a fantastic host, who was very responsive to messages. She was available to provide assistance and gave us amazing advice on local recommendations before and during our stay. The clear and concise instructions from Tamara ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, resulting in a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend Saltwater Villa for your next visit to Rye.

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

The apartment was great, excellent location and amazing view. It was clean and well kept with everything you needed. Ronda was friendly and helpful, and even offered an early check in. The only downfall was the noise from the Pub, being so close we could hear all the music and people when we went to bed. But that was not Ronda or the apartments fault.

Deborah's place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and BBQ. The place is 2 mins from the beach and had cafe's and restaurants just around the corner. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting rye.

Beautiful duplex. Was expecting better views of the coast but new houses have been built in front of the house. Still a beautiful, spacious place to stay

Jasmina’s instructions regarding check-in and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. During our stay, we found the home was very clean and accommodating. It had access to games, many streaming services, basic food necessities etc. the home is a 2 minute walk from the beach so also very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Kalimna. The house was exactly like the photos, with inviting, spacious rooms, a superb view out to the ocean, a classic Lorne verandah deck, and easy access from the street below. The various room combinations of beds provided flexibility for couples and single beds, at different levels of the house. It suited us well to be close to town but also have some space and not be too far up a hill - easier for walking and cycling. The house instructions were all provided, nice & clear, and easy to follow. Thanks Robyn, we really enjoyed the stay!

It's a great place and we really enjoy staying at this place. It's near the Apollo bay and only a 5 minute drive to the supermarket. The view is also great. It's such quite and beautiful town. I'd really suggest others to live in the town for a few days.
