We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

Just a quick one night stay here to do trail race in Signal Mountain. First time staying in a tiny house and it was perfect - had everything we needed - comfy bed, toaster oven, Nespresso, all bathroom amenities. Easy to find and convenient for our purpose. Would stay again for sure!

Melissa's place worked out very well for a quick overnight on my travels! The bed was super comfortable, the surrounding farmland was very peaceful, and the small kitchenette was nice to have. Melissa is a great host, responding quickly to any messages. This was especially helpful when I had a question about the DVD player! The little Bluebird house was a safe and cozy place to stay, and my poodle and I will certainly return!
