Charming, quiet annex, spotlessly clean and modernised with prestige appliances. The annex had access to a pleasant outside seating space in the owners garden. Very comfortable and well located to visit local attractions. A large Co-op within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect. A beautiful and quiet location but within very easy commuting distance (10mins in any direction) to a beach town. Arriving in spring was a gorgeous setting, with the camellia bushes and magnolia blossom surrounding. The accommodation was exactly like the photos, and very clean and tidy, easy to access and just perfect for our small family (2 adults 1x4yo) The welcome pack included lots of helpful recommendations, and clear instructions and there was a very kind welcome basket, along with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Although it took a bit of time to warm the house up to begin with (to be expected with an old property) it was easy to work the heating/hot water and we were quite comfortable. The handy extra board games and books were a bonus for our son, and overall we had a lovely time. Would highly recommend to anyone else (and may even return ourselves)

Heather and her husband were wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome with a lovely treat of scones, cream, and jam, along with fresh local bread, eggs, milk, and butter. Their thoughtfulness and warm hospitality created such a friendly atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very good view from the studio across farmland and the Cornish countryside. It suited my needs well for the short time I stayed there
