Beautiful apartment in Parque Avellaneda. We went as a couple to spend a day away from it all to work quietly, and it was really ideal. The balcony has an amazing view, with a high table and benches that are a pleasure to eat, drink or just be. Everything was super clean, the design of the place is beautiful and the care is noticeable in every detail. There is a very comfortable desk for working, and also a table that can be used as a workspace. The kitchen is well-equipped, we were able to cook without problems. Communication with Maria Laura was excellent, super friendly, with initiative and quick responses. There was nothing we didn't like. Recommended for couples, single people, even maybe someone with children (although be careful with the balcony if they are small). It's also great for tourists looking for peace and quiet. I want to go back.
