We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and pristine cabin, which was exactly as described in the listing. Oliver was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and attentive to all our queries and needs throughout our stay. The cabin’s location is simply stunning. Nestled about 20 minutes from Svolvær, it offered the perfect balance: close enough to enjoy great dining options after a day of hiking, yet far enough from the city crowds to provide a peaceful retreat. The lack of light pollution made it an ideal spot for viewing the Northern Lights, and we were lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis in all its glory throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and we particularly loved the sauna and hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub under the shimmering Northern Lights was an unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish forever. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and adventure.

The place from Camilla close to Lødingen was amazing! They even booked the northern lights for us! Totally to recommend!

The weekend house is beautiful, you can tell that it was built with love and care. :) It’s well-equipped, it has everything you need, and the view is just stunning. Kathrine and Glenn are exceptional hosts, they are very attentive, helpful and they respond very quickly! Highly recommended in every way! :)

This stay was truly incredible! The home itself was absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and enjoy the scenery. The amenities were also fantastic— heated bathroom floors, having a washer and dryer was super convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our own meals. Our host, Linda, was amazing—her communication was excellent, and she provided the best recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. She even let us know when the northern lights would be visible, and we got to see them in full force, which was an unforgettable experience. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again!

absolutely loved staying at the cabin, wish I could have stayed longer! Host very responsive and is fluent in English too (helpful for us) the views around the cabin are breathtaking the cabin was clean, warm and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was dreamy and very large.

What a gem! We loved the views, proximity to beaches and Leknes, and the amazingly clean and well set up home. Very comfortable and cozy with views of northern lights from the deck!

The only road E10 to the cabin was sealed due to the sealed road, The host was welcoming and thoughtful to provide us with other recommendations for places to stay. After we unsealed the next day, we rushed to the cabin non-stop, and unfortunately didn't get to stay for two nights because the cabin was so beautiful! Our reserved double-story cabin is cozy and warm, the room is fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware, and there is a large balcony outside the living room. You can schedule a sauna two hours in advance, and it's nice to steam the sauna against the sea! Thanks

The place is really where fox and rabbit say good night. After all, we saw a rabbit, as well as a nimble weasel and almost trustworthy reindeer. It is quiet and offers sensational views of the sea and at night to the northern lights. At Welcom, Ann-Karin handed us a bread and a confi, thank you very much, we were allowed to spend some vacation days here

Therese’s cottage was absolutely perfect! Tucked away in the woods so perfect for seeing the Northern Lights. It was cosy and warm & nicely decorated! Therese was so helpful and responsive too which made checking in super easy. Thank you!

A great place to go on vacation. Cozy, quiet, surrounded by nature. Unique! The various hikes around the cabin were wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at Hilde's house! The house felt very cozy, with comfortable sofas and an amazing view from big windows onto the fjord. The kitchen was well equipped, with many extra things available in the cellar. We'd really recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful accomodation to visit the Vesteralen.

We discovered this beautiful cabin on our round trip through Norway. We were very pleased with the amenities, cleanliness and location. Ernst has provided clear instructions and information for the guests, so that everyone can find their way around. The view from the house, as well as from the terrace, is indescribably magnificent. At breakfast we could see the porpoises out of the window. The location was perfect for a trip to Lofoten. Getting from the main road to the cabin was a bit difficult with our normal car. The path was slippery (due to the rain on the sandy bottom) and very uneven. But quite doable. You should shop beforehand, the nearest supermarket is not right around the corner. But this was also not an issue. We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to spend beautiful days in Norway. We hope to come back sometime.

Wonderful and cozy voyage in the middle of the woods. Roger was very attentive and brought us wood and fuel as many times as we needed it. Very attentive host and very special house for a very authentic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Minkfarmen. What a lovely spot! The cabin has been beautifully renovated and was spacious and cosy, even a wood burner and logs supplied, which was great as we stayed in February. The cabin is peaceful and private with superb views over the water, and a balcony for watching the Northern Lights! Wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the Lofoten Islands.

We got a very nice aurora and the parking was very easy, recommended!

From the first time a saw the place i knew its my dream place and indeed it is. Amazing location,you are out alone in nature no disturbances. Peaceful and quiet. The house has everything you need. It has big windows if you want to sit inside and watch the beautiful view, and also a covered porch if you want to seat outside in a rainy day, like i do. kari is the most helpful host, she waited for me when i arrived and helped me carry my bags to the house. She also gave me local recommendations to places i wouldn't find on my own. At first i was worried about the access to the house as its a narrow and steep trail, and i am not so feet and not so young, but after the first time it became easier each time and this house deserve the effort. Also i had a big celebration of the Northern lights which i can watch from the terrace. i hope i can come again soon

Fantastic place - recommended!

This house was located in a very picturesque town in Lofoten. It was beautiful, peaceful and cozy. We truly enjoyed it . All the main photo spots such as Hamnoy, Reine, Sakrisoy are within 5 minutes drive.

Absolutely stunning location with breathtaking views of the ocean and snow capped mountains. The cabin has very tastefully done interiors and is very well equipped. Global Rental Hub, the agency that was managing this property has extremely kind and courteous team members who patiently answered all our queries. The only thing to note is that the bedrooms in this cabin are extremely small with hardly any space to place two medium size suitcases and since each bedroom has only a bed and a bench, with no wardrobe or storage space, accessing our clothes every day was a challenge. Other than that I highly recommend this cabin to thoroughly enjoy and experience the Svolvær’s magnificent landscape.

Bernt and Anne were so helpful and wonderful hosts. The place was amazing, with beautiful mountain views and amazing opportunities to see the northern lights. We saw them from the window! There is a wonderful restaurant and spa just a 5 minute walk from the place, and a short 15 minute walk from the bus stop that takes you all over the islands. Bernt and Anne gave us wonderful recommendations on sights to see and places to eat, along with helping us through our various travel issues. The place itself was very clean and cozy, providing everything we needed and more. We definitely will be staying again!
