Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The special highlight: The living room has its own fireplace and many books to browse. Each room is filled with light, air & lightness. From each room you can directly access a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature. Hiking trails start right by the house.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Discover many small details and refinements in the completely self-designed and restored premises. Feel completely at ease - surrounded by natural materials and lush nature. The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

Black Forest Country Cottage

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level. It's surrounded by forest and meadows. You will enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and far away from the noisiness of citys.
