It was a pleasure staying at Usman's place. Before I moved in, my wrist was sprained. Usman helped me with my luggages and brought them in my room. His wife does an excellent job to make sure everything is neat and tidy.

I absolutely loved staying here! The bed was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was phenomenal! Everything is in walking distance but a quick uber can get you to the adventure park or oyster bay. The showers water pressure was amazing. The shower is weirdly shaped and slanted but still able to get the job done. Definitely will be staying here again!

I stayed at Gregory's rental for 5 weeks with my teenage son and it was perfect. The apartment itself is super spacious and the private parking space was great. Both the bed in the room and the pull out sofa sleeper in the living room were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the shower never ran out of hot water! My son loved the huge desk/work space in the bedroom. On top of the amazing space, the rental is only a few minute walk to the Gun Hill subway station which made traveling to/from Manhattan super easy. There are also plenty of stores/restaurants in walking distance of the rental, on top of a laundry mat if needed. There is also a pop up produce stand in front of Nick's Pizza daily which was a nice bonus. While the rental and location were great, Gregory was the best host. Super kind and always responsive if I had a question or needed anything. If I have to stay in the city again in the future, I would definitely book this space. THANKS GREG!
