Airbnb works with local photographers to capture the spirit of neighborhoods all around the world. The photography on this page includes work by:
Austin native Mandy Harris started framing picturesque settings when she was just nine. Though she’s enjoyed photographing the Colorado Rocky Mountains and beaches of Mexico, she’s found her greatest joy capturing interior and exterior design. She divides her time between Airbnb and AL Collective, an Austin-based wedding and portrait studio. Thanks to the Neighborhoods Project, Mandy explored her hometown in a new light.
Suzanne Koett is a photographer and art educator living in Austin, TX. She first started in photography at age 14 in the SF Bay Area and hasn't put down the camera since. Her work has evolved, but you can still find her photographing in an occasional mosh pit. Suzanne's work oscillates between conceptual bodies of work shown in galleries and editorial essays that are published in magazines.
I'm a photographer & designer living in Chicago, IL. I'm passionate about cultivating a culture of well-lived life through authentic community. When I'm not creating, you can find me: exploring new cities, drinking massive amounts of coffee, digging through vintage shops, enjoying the latest restaurants, and spending time with loved ones.
