In town to visit family for the long Easter weekend. The cottage had everything we needed, great location and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful and restful time at Starling cottage. Blissful place with great connections to the beauty spots of south wales. We got a little confused by the reviews and didn’t realise there were four cottages together and ours did not have a private garden however it didn’t make any difference to our enjoyment and we can’t wait to come back, will have to aim for staying at them all at some point! The paddock is so handy for popping your dog out in the evening - it was lovely having early morning and evening stroll in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We did a fab walk from Llantwit Major Beach along the coastal trail to Nash Point Lighthouse and back which we would highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed using the log burner too and there were plenty of extra logs available to keep it topped up. Thanks again and we will definitely see you again soon!
