Nice place as described right where we needed to be. Had a good stay.

In a quiet spot I’m St Helen’s . I chose it to get to Lea Green station easily to attend a conference . However there was an issue with the car park so had to go from St Helens junction. Super accessible from the motorway and only 20 mins into Manchester. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely use again !

Shova is such a lovely host. Responsive, friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend the weekend. The bus stop is not far and can take you into Liverpool central area. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

We found the house easily. Parking was a struggle but we found a space at the end of the road. The house was immaculate inside and felt very welcoming. There was everything we needed. Plenty of towels and loved the addition of bathroom essentials that you don’t find in many other places. Having coffee and tea bags was definitely welcome after a very long drive although we did have to go find milk. Will definitely stay again and would recommend. Only negative was a bit of noise from the neighbours when they were out in their garden at night but that’s to be expected in a terraced road.

Natalie’s place was great, spacious and clean it provided everything we needed. I am sure I shall be back soon!

this property was great close enough to get a taxi to the m&s arena. It was very clean. well worth staying will possibly re book for next year

Traveled with our 1.5 year old son and the place was very conducive. Clean, secure and on a nice and quiet street. Would stay again.

Brilliant stay, Accomodation was perfect for our group to celebrate a hen party. Lovely modern space, very clean and tidy. Equipped with everything you need cleaning wise. Lack of mirrors in bedrooms but that's the only thing I'd note as a negative!

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

I've visited Liverpool before but never stayed near to Sefton Park / Lark Lane type of area. We LOVED it, full of history and character around every corner. The property is exactly as described, a true one-off. Beautifully decorated, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. But not so posh that you don't feel at home. The hosts went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are already planning another visit later in 2025. There's so much to do in Liverpool, particularly for people who love art, music and nature. A magical few days away 😍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siobhan was a great host who gave us clear instructions for arrival including a video for the door which was extremely helpful. Having a parking space outside the door was a bonus. The location is 15 mins walk from Albert Dock restaurants and bars which was lovely along the waterfront. we even used the open top bus which stopped almost outside. The house was lovely with a nice open plan living room, kitchen. We made use of all of this including the French doors and the view over the Mersey. We took the extra stools and sat them in the window to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine. House was just like photos, and Siobhan has thought if everything. We really appreciated that and would recommend as a place to stay.

We stayed for a wedding 3x parties the accommodation was great and would have accommodated another couple easily. We couldn’t turn the tv on someone was there in minutes to help. The host responded straightaway to our questions. The house was spotless inside and the table beautifully laid for when we arrived. There was also a lovely welcome basket with some nice bits in.
