Monthly Rentals in Little Cayman

2025 was our 6th time renting Salt Rock Villa. The house is private, beautiful, comfortable and spacious with lots of great artwork. The large front deck has the best sunset views on the island. The kitchen is stocked with very nice cookware, dishes and accessories. The house is very neat and very clean and the housekeepers are wonderful, as is the property manager and the maintenance help. The host, Stephen, is a great host and has always been very friendly and responsive to any of our questions or needs. We’ve rented houses all over the Caribbean and Salt Rock Villa is our favorite. We will definitely return next winter!

Beautiful place to stay. Spotless, great ocean views, separate bathrooms, and transportation provided to and from the Little Cayman airport. We used this rental to go diving with Little Cayman Divers and the bikes provided with the rental made it easy to get to the dock for pickup at Little Cayman Beach Resort (just a few properties over). We ate most of our meals at the Beach Resort and made it down to the Hungry Iguana a couple of times, both of which were convenient from this rental. I recommend proactively reaching out to Mike and Fiona with your arrival and departure information to lock down transportation. We ran into one or two minor issues and Mike and Fiona were immediately responsive, super friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay at any of their properties again based on this experience. Also, not sure I saw this in the other reviews, but I recommend bringing bug spray (this was an issue island wide, not this specific property).

We spent six nights at Di’s place on Little Cayman and I have to say I was a bit teary eyed when we had to leave. Di’s place, while not on the beach, is a duplex tucked on a little quiet street with wonderful dark skies for star gazing and friendly neighbors. Di has a lovely swimming pool, but we were so busy playing on the island and in the sea that we never used it. The accommodations were comfortable with everything one would need and in good condition. I was ready to move in and now can’t wait to return. Tip: Bicycles are available, but renting a car is helpful for getting around the island. Thank you Di for your hospitality.

Our second stay at The Hideaway and it was everything and more than we remembered. Sophie, Neil and Marc are extremely responsive to any question. Traveling and staying on LCI has a bit of a learning curve, so the more you go, the better it is! This home is perfect for a couple and if LCI is your kind of vibe, I wouldn’t hesitate to book The Hideaway.
