Miguel’s house is a bit further outside of the small city center, next to a gas station and the parking lots of the market. The Main Street runs directly in front of the house, so that it’s impossible to stop here to carry the luggage to the house. The beach is in a walkable distance where you find a view cafes and restaurants. The house itself is pretty new with a nice and bright furniture. Unfortunately if it rains there’s no place to eat. The only table is outside and gets pretty wet from the rain. The high chairs are a bit too high on the kitchen table. Another thing is that people who pass the house can watch inside the sleeping room. There are no curtains, either you close the (very beautiful) shutters and it’s totally dark or people can see you laying in bed. The whole house has a beautiful design. Everything was spotless clean with a good smell. The small garden is very green and well treated. In total I can highly recommend Miguel’s place.

Christina’s place was roomy for 2 couples - 2 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 well appointed bathrooms. The only detail was the musty odour in the kitchen/ living room. This was mentioned in a previous review so we were aware. Resolving this would make it a 5 star location.

Our stay in this house was just perfect. The location is unbeatable, minutes from the beach and close to everything you need. The house was spotless, very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The terrace is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. In addition, the hosts' service was excellent, always attentive to any detail. We definitely recommend this house and hope to be back soon. A ten-star experience in Costa da Caparica!

The little house is a grace! I got the check-in date wrong, I called in the middle of the night and Leonor still worried about us. 😅 Everything is tidy and clean, the best accommodation! Thank you!!

The apartment is quiet, well-equipped, bright and with a pleasant view of the golf course. Ana was responsive, available and caring for all our questions, before and during our stay. There is a small grocery store and a restaurant right next door, as well as convenient supermarkets a little further away. Lisbon is a 25-minute drive. We think the apartment is better suited for stays with a car rather than public transport. The apartment matches the listing (description + photos) in every way. A very pleasant stay that will be gladly repeated by renting this apartment again next time. We couldn't meet Ana when the keys were handed over, but her husband was able to inform us with a good welcome. Thank you.

Elizabeth's house gathers enough to spend a few quiet days, comfortable in an excellent atmosphere. The house is beautiful and all distribution and bathroom, kitchen, garden etc were in perfect condition. The only one but, is what other users have already described, parking is difficult and complicated to be a very narrow road. In general we recommend it to people who seek privacy and tranquility, but also to say that it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility... Finally mentioning Mafalda as a contact person while we were staying, was very friendly.

Great location to local attractions and close to the train station. Plenty to do and see if you enjoy walking a little bit.

My husband and I stayed at Emilie's apartment for a week with our two toddlers and my sister, and we had an amazing time. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well appointed so that even with five of us, it felt spacious and lovely. Emilie was so accommodating, especially in helping us get set up to stay with small children. The neighborhood could not be better, and we really enjoyed trying Emilie's recommended coffee shops and restaurants. The street itself is very quiet was almost no car traffic, and the large city park a short walk from the house has amazing playgrounds, a library, a cafe, and tons of fun wildlife. We would absolutely stay again.

The place was very cosy and cute. Dinning area was excellent to spend time with family. Bedrooms cosy and warm. We had a good sleep. Kitchen was spacious and well equipted. It got everything from breakfast to super to cook by myself. Very good utensils. Washing machine works not so loudly and got drying option, which is really good for family with kids. The host was very responsive, quick to answer all the questions. Really great experiance in Lisbon.

The home is beautiful and well taken care of. Close to everything we need and wanted. The host was kind and helpful even with the language barrier… We were treated very well. We will be back to Lisboa… we will rent this home again if possible !!!

We stayed in this house for several weeks with our baby daughter and thought it was absolutely great! The interior is very well in shape and the house very clean. All beds are extremely comfortable. We especially loved the small terrace and the green garden. Overall everything has a very cozy vibe. We also loved the area, which is calmer than some of the more central districts but still has lots of great cafés, bars and restaurants. Constança has been very kind, extremely responsive and always very helpful. Can highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location! I was generally a little startled by the prices in Lisbon. But, if you compare it to the other apartments, it's a good value for money. Everything was tip top clean and the key handover nice :-)

We spent 4 nights in this dream accommodation! Everything is as described and photographed! If you visit Lisbon, we recommend that you have a car because the accommodation is 30 minutes from the center. On the other hand, you will be close to the beaches 100% perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, we will be back! Thank you very much

Housing that matches what we rented. A stone's throw from the sea and away from the crowds. Convenient for visiting different places. Small bakery right next door that doesn't look like much but that treated us to sweet and savory food with cold beer, freshly squeezed juice. Terrace with sea view for meals. Thank you

We particularly appreciated: - Easy street parking - Easy to access from the north of the city - quiet and pleasant neighborhood - bus stop opposite the house offering a regular line to the city center in 15 minutes (bus 759) - warm house, nicely decorated and where you can easily feel at home - very pleasant terrace and small garden - very well-equipped kitchen - pleasant bedding - Responsive, friendly hosts with good advice We loved it!!
