The apartment was as described. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. Apartment has a “college” feel but the bed was extremely comfortable and the place was very clean. It was nice to have coffee pods for the morning! Great value when the hotel for a wedding was way overpriced!

Having grown up in Cedar Rapids, it was fun to stay here and see my hometown in a whole new light. It felt like a weekend away rather than just visiting home. The building is unique and beautiful. The area is very walkable and in the heart of downtown with lots to do. I felt safe the whole time. I loved the clean, cozy apartment. Richard and Tim really thought of a lot of details. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay in the area.

We had a great time in this space. We were in the area for a girls weekend and to watch a friend’s daughter in a community theater performance. The hosts were so considerate and provided us with a corresponding themed goody basket. Lots of special touches in this place and very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. We were able to gather in 2 different spaces and enjoy catching up with each other. The four season porch was delightful. Great space and great hosts! Definitely recommend.

The location was great for a weekend wedding. Lots to do, ample parking and quiet.
