Monthly Rentals in Linhares

Apartment as described in the listing. The location is great, close to the bus station, supermarket, snack bars, close to BR and right in the center. The building is super quiet, easy to find and comfortable. The apartment meets the proposal, ideal for people who go to work in the city. Stella was a love, very solicited and flexible with my schedules. I needed to check in later and check out earlier on account of work, and it wasn't a problem. I'd definitely come back more often.

Stella is an excellent host. I quickly answered my questions and was very well received. The home is great and well located. I would talk about the heat on the spot, but, Linhares It's WARM normally (could have a kkkk air conditioning). Overall I felt very comfortable and comfortable in hosting. I will certainly be back!

The Apartment is quite airy, clean, all new and preserved. We miss some details such as a curtain in the bedroom window to sleep better at dawn of the day, a bigger refrigerator and more of a fan... but they are not essential items, overall our stay was great, we love the apartment that is very large and very cozy, the Host served us very well, very friendly and helpful, we recommend.

Excellent house for rest. The village met expectations and very kind and attentive host. You've taken care of everything!
