James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. The complex is very complete. James was very friendly, responded to all messages quickly and allowed us to check out late. Everything is great! I recommend it. Regards

I highly recommend it!!! spacious, airy house, all super equipped, impeccable tidiness and cleanliness, both in the house and in the pool, we enjoyed the gourmet area, family atmosphere, playground with toys, calm beach. The service was a 1,000, the host was very polite, courteous, helpful, high spirits, no words to thank you, they were memorable days. And there's a hypermarket in front of the condominium, we don't need to bring anything.🙏🏻

I will definitely return to the site! Every penny invested in this accommodation was worth it: facing the sea, extremely ventilated and super spacious! Eduardo's service was excellent from start to finish. He was very attentive to me, which made the whole experience even better! The desire to stay in this place forever is surreal! The cost-benefit is really impressive: the space is large, the price is very affordable, and the place is fully equipped if you want to prepare meals and save even more. Air conditioning, stove, microwave, TVs, excellent bathrooms, all furnished — with a complete structure for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have nothing but praise!

Apartment super airy and well located, near the fair and close to the beach. Mr. Firmino is super attentive, my family and I love the stay, we will be back for sure.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.
