I stayed a month while looking for my permanent home. This place was perfect...peaceful, fully furnished, stocked. Dylilah was very responsive from my very first message to her. She was also proactive in sending me the address for a local storm shelter when we had a day of bad weather/tornado watches. The place was very clean and had everything I needed to stay for the month. All appliances are well-maintained and easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area. It's only a short drive to town and to David Crockett State Park. I felt safe and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.

What a quaint, quirky cottage! Every time we turned around, we found some new treasure. The house is located right on the Main Street in Leiper’s Fork, which made walking to all the shops and restaurants easy, but it also was a bit noisier than we expected when sitting outside in front. The backyard was our go to place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was small, but packed with everything we needed. The owners were great - letting me drop our stuff off early and put food in the fridge before running to the airport. If you like antiques and old houses in a charming location, you will appreciate this home!

Cute little cabin off the beaten path. This cabin was within a few minutes of my son and grandsons. It rained the whole weekend so I didn’t get the beautiful sunsets, but I hope to be back to enjoy another time. Cindi was very responsive and flexible. Thank you for the fresh farm eggs! There is no TV, but I didn’t miss it. The cabin is very clean and the mattress and bedding were comfortable.

Although the reason for our stay wasnt pleasant the home felt like a safe place to finalize my brothers estate. The surroundings were beautiful and it felt like home. I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.
