The studio unit was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located with free parking. The unit was as described and shown in the photos. There are many restaurants all within a 5 minute walk and access to public transportation was excellent. The management team was responsive and answered all questions promptly. I would stay again.

This location was perfect for a conference I attended. Paul was responsive and communicative which I appreciated!

Our stay was perfect. Lovely walkable tree-lined neighborhood filled with birds. Close walk to neighborhood parks. Kathleen and her husband were warm and welcoming. The unit was perfect for our needs. More towel bars in bathroom would be good. And, a recycle bin in the unit would be helpful. All in all a great stay.

Great place, spacious, clean and managed very well.

5 Stars – Perfect Atlanta Stay with Amazing Amenities! This Airbnb was incredible! The apartment was clean, modern, and had a lovely patio with a great view. The rooftop amenities were a standout—pool with skyline views, two BBQ areas, a pool table, and a well-equipped gym. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, which made it easy to cook at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Piedmont Park, local bars, and Colony Square. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed with Carol twice over the past year. Her properties are clean, well appointed, and priced perfectly. Will definitely stay again when we’re in Atlanta.

We had a great stay in Katherine's place. The place is exactly as described and in the pictures. It was very clean and quiet, with fast wifi and very comfortable beds. It is also located in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, and is walkable to many attractions (e.g.,High Museum, Botanical Gardens, Arts District, Piedmont Park- 1 block away) as well as Peachtree Street restaurants and bars. Parking is available at the complex for a reasonable fee. Katherine is extremely responsive and provided us with many recommendations. It's easy to understand why this place gets such good reviews. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at this location. While there were some negatives - stains on the couch, dog smell, cigarette smoke smell - our host was very communicative and friendly. Great location and had all the basics. Would rent again!

I loved my stay in Dawn’s cozy art studio. It’s in a great location, walkable to Piedmont park and many restaurants. Dawn did not forget any details and left clear instructions for anything that was needed. I felt so comfortable during my stay and it’s one of my best air bnb experiences! I would not hesitate to stay again and can’t wait to go back.

The stay at Mike’s place was wonderful!! It was clean, peaceful, and close to everything we needed! Mike was an excellent host. He responded quickly and was very accommodating. The free slippers and toothbrushes were a nice touch 👌🏼 we will definitely stay again when we r in town. I highly recommend Mike’s place!!

My stay was just what I needed. It was quiet with a beautiful view. Close to everything. The pictures was exactly what you got. The host was very responsive. What sealed the deal was my massage in the apartment. Schedule by the host. Z did amazing job with my massage. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for a quiet quaint getaway! Location was ideal for me next to Piedmont Park, easy access to Beltline and walking distance to Trader Joe’s. The apt was clean and comfortable. Shonda was an attentive host. So glad I found this place! -hope to stay here again when I’m back in Atlanta

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was nice, the location is central and we could find several restaurants around. The host was very responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.

Even more beautiful than the photos, this property is a delight. Our family ranging from 4yo to 94yo had a wonderful weekend enjoying the pool, hot tub, fireplace and gardens. Highly recommend!

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
