The house was perfectly suited to our needs . The kitchen is supplied with anything one needs to make home-cooked meals. The living spaces are super comfortable ... not "too precious". Cate is a superb host... her attentiveness, good communication skills, and flexibility are stellar!

The location is private, quiet, and beautiful. Wellfleet is small, so the house is conveniently close to everything that you could want or need within the town. The walk from the property down to the bay is lovely and a great way to start the morning. The inside is exactly as described and very comfortable. The huge bed was SO great! Beth is a great host - she gave us easy instructions and was available if we had a question. Overall, the place is just fantastic!

The house was an absolute pleasure. The photos don’t do the interior or the surrounding area justice. The home was modern, charming, and private. It was very clean and we loved the walks down to the marsh and waterline. The 2,500 mile journey was worth it. Well be back.
