Lovely holiday cottage. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. Beautiful, quiet part of Scotland. We walked every day. Would recommend.

One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed! Superb and spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated and really well & thoughtfully equipped - it will *exceed* your expectations. With the sauna and hot tub, it's not easy to drag yourself out of the house! And to top it off, the view across the loch is utterly mesmerising. Vivienne was a great host, letting us know everything we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack. The house is in a peaceful location that is still handy for the main road and great for interesting local walks .... if you can drag yourself away! Can't recommend highly enough 😊

Roskhill cottage is awesome. We spent 5 nights here and made our stay truly special. The house have everything you may need and more, the beautiful view and garden filled with flowers, the BBQ hut it’s a great plus, comfortable beds, impeccable clean, good size bathroom and shower, close to little groceries stores, delicious bakery and good coffee, Dunvegan Castle and gardens and fantastic walkings around, plus gorgeous Coos cows! Really worthy place. Highly recommended.

to say eagles rest is a one in a million stay is an understatement, david was warm and friendly upon our arrival. you cannot beat the location and the view. easy to get to and so many wonderful little houses with locally made treats for sale. it was cozy romantic and we both agreed this is somewhere we would book over and over again. the home was pristine and the skylight above the bed proved for amazing star gazing at night. the hosts were wonderful and friendly. i cannot say a bad thing about eagles rest. thank you again!

The house on the Isle of Skye was more than big enough gorgeous four or even five people. The cozy living room was great for the evenings. The company, holidaycottages, was very professional and gave us all the information we needed. And in case of an emergency or other needs, the phonenumber of the owner was available as well. The view from the house was amazing as well and the wood stove and the jacuzzi were great bonuses. Would definitely book again!

Located in a beautiful area with all the amenities required. Easy access to the Quiraing hike.

We really loved this beautiful cabin and found it to be the perfect base for exploring Lewis and Harris. The cabin is very well equipped and it was a huge bonus having 3 bathrooms and being dog friendly. The wood fired hot tub was lovely! We would not hesitate to return.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was perfect with everything you could need and the location and views are incredible. Watching the sun set over the mountains every evening never gets old! Fiona was a great host, with excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week at Niall's place! It was immaculately clean and looks tasteful and modern, with lots of room to move about. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed including the basics of salt, pepper, herbs, tea and coffee etc. which I always appreciate. Towels were fluffy and it was nice to be able to control the heating so it was just right for us. Finally the surroundings are super pretty - lovely sunsets and views of ponds and into the distance, very peaceful and private. The garden and washing line made things easier for us with wetsuits etc. and parking is easy with plenty of space. Thanks Niall!

What a fantastic place to spend a few days. The cottage is spacious and very well equipped. It was great for the dogs with an enclosed garden a stones throw from the beach, and Elly kindly left bowls etc for them, along with a fab welcome basket for us. The location was stunning, with plenty of beaches on the doorstep, and a short drive from the iconic sights of Lewis and Harris. A great time was had by all!

Delightful cottage close to the Uig ferry to the Outer Hebrides and so very well located for us. The cottage has great views and is walking distance to the Fairy Glen and Castle Ewen sightseeing attractions. The cottage is very clean, warm and most charming.

Seacroft is a lovely cottage in a very peaceful location with views to the sea, and includes a private garden space. The interior is immaculate, very well set out and finished with lots of special touches and includes a full kitchen. All details provided in the listing and further details about the area set out in a folder in the cottage. Lovely place to stay and we hope to return.

Riverview was immaculate. It exceeded expectations. We will definitely look to stay there again when next in the area. We had taken Canadian relatives who had never been to the Western Isles before, and they were completely blown away by the beauty and history of Lewis.

My favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It has all the charm, from the way the windows open to the lantern lamps by the bed. I would live here if I could. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy Quiraing house for 5 days. The place was comfortable, private, and conveniently close to key attractions like Quiraing walk, which made exploring the area a breeze. The only downside was the host’s response time, which was a bit slow. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway in Skye.

Bridge cottage is a very well equipped cottage with everything you need including the walking sticks that I needed to climb the old man of Storr. It is a short drive to Portree and a great location to explore Skye.

This cottage was a lovely place to stay—comfortable, tastefully furnished, and equipped with new furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having private parking was a great plus. Although not located in the downtown area of Portree, it was still easy to reach the town center and the nearby Co-op supermarket, even on foot. The internet connection was excellent. The kitchen was spacious and impressively well-equipped, with plenty of pots, dishes, and appliances—something we really appreciated. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. All in all, a great stay. We would definitely recommend this property.

Honestly, the perfect slice of heaven. If you are looking to disappear from the crowds, be surrounded by space, and have views in every direction- come here. The house is delightfully quaint, but has all the upgrades you need to feel right at home. For the two of us, it was more than enough room. Restaurants, cafes and groceries with-in reach, but away from the chaos. Eric and Julia were fantastic. Very communicative and helpful, they laid everything out seamlessly. And quick to respond when things arose. We also got the pleasure of meeting Eric, he is kind, charming and an incredible host. This is a home and a host we won’t easily forget, we will be back!

Very comfortable set up with updated features - the bedrooms were cozy, both with great views. The location is serene and felt like it was off the beaten path! We had an amazing stay at Harris Cottage and Eilidh was super responsive.

Cosy and practical place with a lovely view over the nearby bay. Very quiet too. Great kitchen with everything necessary and more. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Linda was always responsive, also she left us cookies. All in all a lovely stay, much recommended! Thank you!

We had a lovely visit to skye and really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cosy homely and very clean. Was located in a quiet and peaceful part of the island. We also enjoyed the honesty fridge just down from the cottage were we got some lovely sweet treats. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back one day!

Wonderful stay on South Uist. Perfect accommodation a couple with a dog. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and warm. Appreciated the welcome gifts for us and the dog. Would love to visit and stay here again
