Discover our apartment located in the heart of downtown Royan and 200 meters from its main beach and port. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

La Palmyre Center Apartment

This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
