Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

Very well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation for relaxation. A beautiful pool and a beautiful wooded garden complete this property, very nice to eat outside. Hosts are always available and responsive in the field. Very nice place that we highly recommend.

The listing was true to the listing or even a thousand times better! The space is so well-equipped. Angélique and Anaïs' kindness are good for the heart. The residence is quiet, clean & close to good restaurants, the beach, oyster barracks. I highly recommend it!

A great quiet and peaceful stopover after a very long drive with our 3 dogs from the UK, en route to the south of Spain. .We were warmly greeted and shown around. The place was very clean and comfortable and the secure garden was perfect for the dogs. Would definitely stay again!

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

Very nice holiday home in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Very well-equipped, thoughtful, clean and healthy house, and carefully decorated. Bedroom "dorm" ideal for 4 children and 2 very comfortable double bedrooms. Quiet at the end of a dead end. Very easy access by car to shops. We'll be back!

Laurence & Antoine were very welcoming (clear and exhaustive check-in instructions; arrival gifts), very responsive in communication and available to come on site if necessary. The house is very well located in the heart of the city; while being close to all facilities (covered market in 2 minutes, shops 5 minutes away and cinema 10 minutes away) it offers calm, no disturbance. The garden allows a really private space without any vis-à-vis. The stove works very well and made it possible to heat the house very pleasantly during this winter period. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi and smart TV worked very well. The renovation of this winery is recent and quality. Finally, Laurence and Antoine were very understanding about the arrival and departure times. High recommendation for these hosts and this rental.
