First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and barbecue. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance right around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but in the bathrooms there were some mold spots. A car is necessary as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: linens and towels cost extra. Conclusion: Overall, we had a very nice time. Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday in Juan's home. It is located 2 min walk from a small family beach and other coves within walking distance where we were able to indulge in family snorkeling. We were also able to enjoy the pleasant pool in the house between two swimming at sea. Calafat is a quiet town on the Costa Dorada basically made of houses but with a small grocery store and restaurant all the same, far from the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava and its tall buildings, which totally suited what we wanted. We still spent a day visiting Barcelona (at 1h30) and of course a day in Port Aventura (30 min). The children were delighted. The house has all the comforts you need, including fans in the bedrooms on the ceiling, which was much appreciated at night.Juan was responsive and friendly during our communications and Ana, who welcomed us on our arrival, very friendly. Thank you.

We had an amazing weekend with friends at Nina's Paradise. With the temperature we have been accompanied, the pool (huge and very well cared for) has been indispensable. House highly recommended for families and groups of friends as both the house and outdoor space is very large and a thousand things can be done. On the other hand, communication with Nina has been unbeatable; she is very nice and attentive. Thank you so much for everything, Nina!

We've been there for the second time and everything's great! Karina is a very approachable and friendly person. The house is perfect to enjoy a quiet vacation as the area is very familiar. Also, a few meters away is the beach and a little further away about 10 min there is a dog beach. Everything was perfect!

Irina was very helpful and responsive and the house was as described. Spotless clean and with all the equipment you ever need! The swimming pool was a huge plus too. If you look for a quiet home with a good location you are at the right spot!

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We had a great holiday in Calafat. The place was very nice and well located. In the small village you can do shopping on foot, buy bread or go to a bar in the evening. Eric is a very nice and helpful host. He gave many valuable tips and was very quickly available for questions. We felt very comfortable in the house. We will be happy to come back!

The space was such and as described in the pictures. Everything is very new, clean and well equipped from kitchen utensils, toilet (including a kit), towels and sheets. We were very comfortable. Despite being on the street we have had no hassle due to the passing of vehicles. The beach is relatively close by. Alfred and his wife were very nice and available.

We had an amazing time in Dayna’s Airbnb. We stayed 3.5 Weeks with our two dogs and loved every minute of it. The quiet calm environment is perfect and our dogs loved the meadow next to the house. The flat looks even nicer than in the pictures and we loved every little detail from fresh flowers on the table to leaving dog bowls with water.

Incredibly cozy place. It felt like we were visiting with old friends. The manager was very welcoming and always helpful. Everything we needed was there. We were afraid how it would be in July without air conditioning, but the place had a lot of fans that we barely used. The breeze blows beautifully and refreshingly on the veranda. The sea is not far away. The beach and the water are clean. The pool is deep but small, small children only in the arms of adults can be. We separately bought a children's one. The water in the pool is warmed up and quite warm, every 2 days it was checked for quality. We were a little lacking in the opportunity to create some shade over the pool

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

Friendly host, well-located accommodation near the beaches and not too far away from the city center. Pleasant stay, I would recommend it. Only downside, the mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable, all the rest of the place is good.

Very pleasant stay in a very functional house, the hosts are very nice and responsive. godall is a village well located to carry out many activities nearby, far away from the mass tourism of the coast which is very appreciable.

We spent eight days at Annete and Jose's place. The house is much better than the photos. It has two full bathrooms and one more toilet on the pool. The bathing area is perfect and sunsets all day long. In the heatwave, we did not need to turn on the air conditioning since you can run out and there are ceiling fans all around the house. The front terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the sea. The only drawback that can be addressed is that to go to the village or the beach is mandatory, the car and park in August is not easy. Otherwise, the house is ideal for spending quiet days. It should be noted that if you go with children, the stairs and pool are protected with doors, which makes the environment very safe for them. The hosts couldn't be nicer to us, if we can, we'll do it again.

The house and its beautiful setting were an absolute dream. We stayed for two weeks as a family with two kids (12 and 15 years old). We absolutely enjoyed the stunning view from the house, the sunsets, the nearby trails, the wildlife and the peaceful, quiet surroundings. The first time we drove up the hill, it was a bit tricky to find the right road to the house. The road to the house is a bit of a challenge for the untrained driver but once you get used to the Spanish off-road driving, it's no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you, Jules & Sam! We definitely hope to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Just what we were looking for. Absolute peace of mind and a short walk away from the beach. The pool is a luxury to cool off when you get home, and the furniture in the front and back garden make you choose what suits you at all times in terms of sun or shade. Also quite close to the necessary shops. Many nearby routes to do on foot, and also by car is very accessible to visit all the surroundings that is spectacular. We would definitely repeat.
