Loved The Waddle from the moment we stepped through the door. Lovely Kitchen with pulley and everything you could ever need from plates, cups, pans, glasses etc etc. The dining room with table, radio and lovely reading nook. Then into the Sitting Room which was lovely and cosy with comfy couch and plenty of cushions loved the lighting too. Super bathroom with a bath and a shower (used both). Upstairs to a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The decoration throughout the whole house was so homely and loved all the pictures. The house was spotless and really cosy. We had a three night stay but I could have easily stayed for 3 weeks. We have stayed in a few air b & b's and this one is top of the list. Hopefully make a return visit in the near future. I will be recommending to friends and family too.

Perfect for Wool Week- close to Commercial St and Shetland Museum, very close to bus stop to get out of town. Very convenient to Tesco or the Co-op. Felt like a real Shetlander :)

Can’t recommend enough! We booked this lovely holiday home based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint! The house is in a great location (9min walk to a big Tesco and 25min walk to the main town shops) but lots of free parking if you wanted to drive. A Beautiful beach is just 1min path walk (we saw a few nosey seals in the water too) Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy, the shower is hot, and the house is very clean. Lois was a fantastic host, we didn’t need her for much - as the home had everything, but when we messaged for recommendations for places to eat or locations to visit she was alway prompt to messaged and had some great suggestions. We loved Shetland, and we wouldn’t hesitate to re book if we visited again.

Such a beautiful, cosy cottage. Had a lovely time staying here, playing board games and exploring the island. Everything was provided by the Jordan and John, which was extremely convenient, thank you! I would definitely stay here again! :)

Doreen and Trevor's cottage was an ideal base for a business trip - out of town but not too far away, easy to find and plenty of room to spread out, with excellent WiFi. Good off-road parking. The house was fully equipped with everything I needed (including full oven), and Doreen and Trevor were helpful without being intrusive. Thoroughly recommended!

I stayed at the cottage for a work trip and found it to be very comfortable with everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Carolyn was very helpful and I don’t want for anything. Even the sheep came and said hello every evening when I came back 😁❤️ thank you. I’ll be sure to stay again if my work brings me back to Shetland

Stay in Lerwick quite regularly but first time here. Apartment was very central and handy for the town. Plenty of on street parking nearby or about 100m away in a big car park. Kitchen was really well equipped with a big fridge freezer. The sitting area was comfy and had a smart TV. The view from the window over the town out to the surrounding hills was really nice as well. Bed was comfortable and in the bathroom they had a shower with great temperature / pressure. Had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Very comfortable and clean, Fiona's place was a perfect base for our Shetland stay. The location and views were wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable too.

The house was lovely and cosy in a pretty area and the host was helpful with local information and suggestions.
