Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Leptokarya

Beautiful, clean, and with adequate spaces for three couples. We were repaired at a time when no AC or heat was needed, so I can't comment on it. Maybe the only negative of a generally very good experience was the absence of some bathroom supplies (shampoo, shower gel), which forced us to use the product of a dispenser (possibly hand detergent...) Relatively close to the center, although we preferred to use a car all days. In conclusion, I would probably choose it again if I visited Litochoro with a large group.

I booked The White Luxury apartment for my parents and kids and they had a wonderful stay! Magi was a fantastic host, she was super quick to respond to any questions we had prior and after our arrival. The apartment is cozy and charming and matched the photo description perfectly. It's new, clean, with fully equipped kitchen and great size fridge. It's situated at the end of a lovely little street, walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and food stores. There is a table with four chairs on the balcony where my family loved having breakfast and dinner. The balcony never gets sun apart from the morning, so it was very relaxing to sit out. My kids were trilled to find that the only playground in Paralia, was actually on the same street as the apartment, just a block away. The apartment complex has a pool and my kids had wonderful time playing in the pool with their grandpa. :) Overall, it's really lovely place and we look forward to be back. ❤️

We were a group of 4 friends and stayed at Zoe's apartment for 3 days. Everything was as described, check in went smoothly, and the apartment has everything you would need for short or long stays. The sofa bed is a bit small (short) but comfortable, and the space for the mattress on the floor is very small, but just enough to fit in. I recommend the apartment for stays of up to 3 people, but we found no problems for even 4 people. Location is a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, but very peaceful. There's only one problem with the key of the door to the building, it simply doesn't work so we had to ask for the neighbors to unlock for us.

The house is gorgeous and spotless , equipped with many things even if you didn't have some basics with you. We will definitely prefer it again and Mrs. Despina very helpful and willing to help us and guide us on what is around !

Feels like home but it's better because it's right on the beach. If you are thinking of carrying anything else besides clothes and good mood you don't have to, the house is fully equipped with everything and I mean everything. From 2 toilets with wet wipes and lots of shampoo, to 3 kitchens with olive oil, coffee and herbs. Costis welcomed us with free beer and white wine as well. The backyard is phenomenal, pleasant to stay outside throughout the whole day, and the balcony upstairs is breathtaking! You could feel the sea breeze at night and listen to waves while having dinner or just relaxing. Great for families with kids. We were 4 grownups and 3 kids. It's spacious too. The beach upfront is very private and not crowded at all. First beach bar with sunbeds is 100 meters away. Supermarket is 2 minutes on bike, oh you have 2 bikes to use as well. So, book it, you won't regret it. 😎✌️

The apartment in Paralia was very nice, quiet and well equipped. You are not directly in the hustle and bustle with this apartment, but you can walk very quickly to the promenade with shops and tavernas. Parking for our car was also always on the road. Paralia itself is a very lively place with wide beaches, many tourist offers and international visitors. If you are flexible with a car, there are various excursion destinations available and can explore the beautiful region. Tobias was always easily accessible for questions and requests and responded quickly.

Apartment was centrally located to shops restaurants bars clubs supermarkets and transport. Probably couldnt pick a better location if I wanted to. If you are a beach person it is a 20 min bus ride

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It’s very spacious, cozy, and really, really clean. You have everything you need – the kitchen is very well equipped, with all possible amenities. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient when you have kids 😊 There were also a washing, and a dryer machines. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful view. Aristidis is a nice and very helpful host. He gave us very useful information about the supermarkets, best restaurants, and bakery in the area. Also, he responded very fast to all our questions. The beach is only 5 minutes away by car. It’s not crowded, with fine sand and crystal water.
