Chalet vacation rentals in Lens

Party of 3 with two first time visitors to the Bernese Oberland area. As tourist-busy as Grindelwald is Kenzie’s home is high above it all and made a great base for exploring the area and a sanctuary to come home to each afternoon. At the time we were there the meadows were in full bloom and such a spectacle and we enjoyed great hikes directly from the house. Kenzie’s home is on the sunny side of the valley so we also had the sun in the evening and the glorious ‘aplenglow.’ We BBQ’d and had dinner outside each evening inspired by the jaw-dropping view. We had everything we needed and more!

Vincent’s chalet is very special - it’s located close to the main house, but very private. There are great hiking trails right in the back yard. The view of the Alps from the backyard is more than enough to enjoy every morning and evening. Architecturally, the chalet is noteworthy - the renovation was executed flawlessly, keeping many original details. At night, you can hear the babbling stream in the backyard. It’s removed, but only 15 mins from Chamonix. We were thrilled with our stay and would love to return sometime.

Very nice week stay in Michel's chalet, close to the Domaine du Grand Massif in 10 min, either by shuttle or by car with ample parking available (but paying without being excessive since this year), and a few hundred meters from the beginner Sixt slopes, perfect for introducing children. Regarding the chalet, everything is done by Michel for your comfort and welcome, the chalet is ideal for a family with 2 children who can have their own spaces in separate bedrooms. No wifi, no TV, but DVDs, games and reading for everyone, allow us to have a warm time. Don't hesitate to put your bags there, Go!

Great stay as a family! Good value for money. We enjoyed the accommodation for its common areas, its location in nature and its calm. There are all the utensils for a raclette or fondue party!

We had a short stay at this lovely mountain home. Everything is very well-equipped and everything is done to make you feel good. The view is breathtaking and our hosts were very welcoming. An address to keep without hesitation!

Beautiful chalet with all the amenities you could possibly need. The space is cosy and the kids adored the secret playroom. Shops, restaurants and access to ski slopes close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Warren and his home were the perfect place for my friends and me to experience Chamonix. He was incredibly helpful with our planning and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The home is in an ideal location, walking distance to downtown and right in front of a bus stop that takes you to all the mountains. 5 out of 5 can’t recommend it enough!

The apartment inside the chalet is beautiful: furnished with style, functional and equipped. The winter garden offers views of the surrounding mountains and the hot tub and sauna are easy to use and offer a relaxing alternative to skiing or walking that can be done nearby - both are shared with the second apartment inside the same chalet: if you are in 5/6 people I recommend booking that too. From the chalet you can reach the lifts of Veysonnaz in about 10 minutes, which also offer the possibility of walks in the summer. Check-in and check-out are super simple and flexible as they don't require direct host engagement, who is always reachable and offers excellent support

Great chalet and location with beautiful view on mountains.

Jon’s place was beautiful — great views and all of us were very comfortable. The sweet town of Argentière was very walkable, which was super nice as well. I believe it may actually be a ski in/ski out if there was more snow snow once you get to the trails, but we found ourselves walking about 20 minutes to the closest lift. We didn’t get the catered package, which is what they prefer and encourage. We did have a bespoke meal from one of their chefs which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. I loved waking up with I our amazing view of Grand Montet and felt like the chalet was a very special find. Many thanks Jon and team!

We were so comfortable. We shared the home with our friends and we had plenty of space. The home was in a spectacular setting. Maria-Pia and Beni were very kind and gave great recommendations. There is a washing machine and it worked great. We needed it at this point in our trip. This was our favorite place!

Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

The stay in this fabulous chalet was just amazing. And we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and fireplace evenings. The surrounding with the lake and the mountains is just stunning. The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. We totally recommend this chalet.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

My stay at the property was excellent! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very good stay in a small Savoyard mazot, very peaceful and beautiful environment with a magnificent view, beautiful walks nearby. Everything you need for 2 people, with small balcony and table in the garden. We recommend!
