We had a wonderful stay for our family of six. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The washer and dryer (detergent provided!) were super convenient, and the dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. They also thoughtfully provided coffee, sugar, and other essentials. On top of that, the pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, there were beach chairs and even beach toys available, making our beach trips so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect for our needs, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location was indeed serene and safe and not too far from Siesta Beach. We looked forward to coming back to a quiet place after hanging out at Siesta Key Village. Highly recommend, these Guest Favorites have yet to disappoint! Will definitely rebook when in Sarasota in the future.

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

The house was good. Everything was clean when we arrived. There were clear entry snd exit instructions were provided. Host very nice and responsive. The house has good wifi. There are 3 rooms one room you have to go through to get to the terrace and that room is all windows to both the inside of the house and the outside. Thankfully there were blinds to the inside of the house providing more privacy. There are two bathrooms.

A very enjoyable short stay in a cozy and comfortable camper. Jessica provided excellent instructions and information ahead of time, and the accommodation was very nicely furnished and had everything you might need for a short break. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. We really appreciated the beach gear that was available — beach chairs, an inflatable mattress, a cooler bag, and other handy items that made our visits to the ocean more convenient and fun. The location was great — very close to the beach, especially to Siesta Key Beach, which was one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve visited on the Gulf Coast. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible. The hot tub made me realize that this is exactly the perfect Airbnb very few in the area that have a hot tub and for this great of a price. The fire pit is perfect with it in the evening. Jacob responded to my texts and messages within minutes and did everything and anything he could to make my stay extra special. He even has free coffee! Best way to start the morning.

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Troy's property. Everything was perfect. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was immaculate and heated! The book of instructions had all the information we needed. Troy always responded promptly to our messages. We definitely will book a stay again for a longer period of time in the future!

We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. Lovely, calming space. Great location- quick drive to the beach. We loved our time there especially since we ended up spending a lot more time than expected there w a child who unexpectedly fell ill and couldn't be at the beach much. The kids had a splendid time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the yard searching for lizards and counting all the buddah statues. Didn't love all the cameras watching us in the outdoor spaces but they def put plenty of warning on their page about this. Benjamin was a great communicator. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Our kids made me buy a buddah for our yard in remembrance of our memorable stay in your home.

Extremely quiet & nice neighborhood...fire pit by the canal is very warm and inviting... the house is very clean and comfortable. Heated saltwater pool was very refreshing even in the cooler evenings... I would HIGHLY recommend this house!!!! Had a wonderful stay & will be back in the near future.

This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying in Peter and Pearl's unique and artsy home! They have thought of everything anyone could possibly need for a short or extended stay in one of our favorite places - Sarasota. Their home exceeds above and beyond all expectations of what an Airbnb/VRBO should be. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!
