We enjoyed our stay here. The host, Ms. Maxine and the caretaker, Kuya Will, were responsive. We chose this place because they allowed our dogs to stay inside the room (but mentioned that they do not allow sa bed and it's understandable naman). and for us, pets are family kaya kasama sila sa trip na to. :) The photos posted were the same sa naabutan namin. :) thanks for accommodating us!

Place and staffs was great! We has so much fun. Our villa is in front of the ocean. Clean and peaceful

The host is exceptionally accommodating and takes excellent care of guests. They are highly responsive to inquiries and provide assistance until you are comfortably settled. The scuba diving experience was delightful, and to top it off, we received a complimentary kayak for the New Year. The location is tranquil, situated right by the beach (you can observe numerous Dory fish even in shallow waters). The accommodation includes a sink, kitchen utensils, and even a grilling option. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Mr Kang and his staff are very attentive. Free kimchi and kimchi pancake is the best. will definitely be back. Just expect since the place is in front of the beach, there are stairs going down the accomodation.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and very well maintained. Our host was incredibly accommodating—helping us with our luggage and even assisting with our food orders, which made everything so much easier. The boat tour they arranged was a definite highlight—super fun and a great way to see the area.

Yeejo and his partner have been very accommodating to my needs. Their staff are also welcoming and ready to assist any time. Location was very ideal as it was beachfront and you can enjoy snorkelling or diving right in front of the place. Would book again if given the chance.

If you’re just looking for a chill spot to rest after a full day of beach and freedive adventures—this is the place. Super close to the stunning beaches of Anilao and epic freediving spots. Island hopping? Also a yes. Big shoutout to Charizza—super responsive and even gave us tips on hidden gems to check out. And Ate Amy? Literal angel. She made sure we were comfy the whole stay and had everything we needed. My friends and I are already planning round 2 in Batangas, and no doubt—we’re booking this place again.

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

Surprisingly tight getting into the resort by SUV which Im sure even the most seasoned driver will find challenging. Im just glad the owner personally guided me getting inside the property. Plus points for that! The surrounding resorts and establishment screams with utter chaos and gets kinda rowdy at night, but once you enter Bosang’s Place you’ll feel safe and isolated from the chaos beyond his walls. Its definitely very chill and calm inside with a vibe that I cant quite describe but will leave you not wanting to go outside anymore. The rooms are large and spacious thanks to windows that are soundproof so it will seal off most of the noise from the Karaoke bars and loud music from the neighbours. Overall I think this resort is ideally suited for for scuba divers and those looking to do watersport activites and serves as a somewhat peaceful place to retire after a long day. But if your looking for a beachfront hotel with a R&R in mind this place isn’t for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Club J Dive Resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good, with a variety of Korean dishes available, and there are also some local options you can order from the menu. They also allow guests to bring in outside food. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was no issue arriving early, as they let us in to enjoy the facilities while they prepared our room. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Staying at this open-air treehouse was a great experience. The design blended perfectly with the natural surroundings, and the treehouse itself was cozy and clean. I especially loved the hammock, which provided the perfect spot to unwind. The Host was very responsive, and all the staff were courteous and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene retreat.

Ronna is responsive and her place has great views. You can see the mountains, clubhouse and the beach from the balcony. The balcony is also spacious — great for family dinners.

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.

It was great! We came to find a peaceful and serene place and it matched our taste. All the staff were accommodating and friendly, you can feel that they serve you with delightful. The room is unexpectedly comfortable though the sounds of the falling mangoes will scare you, but they provide you some earplugs which solves the problem. If you just want to have some relaxing and chill moment, this is the best choice. Will probably come again :)

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

A very pleasant place to stay for families especially if you are looking an ocean vacation. Disclaimer: it's not beach front which what you will find mostly in Anilao. We had fun exploring other islands via rental boat which is reasonably priced as well. We will definitely revisit this place next vacation.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.
