Welcome to our slice of heaven in Leelanau County. Relax and unwind in the new large private guest suite in the lower level of our home. Private access is on the north side of our house. Perfect location to take advantage of all the beauty and activites offered in the area. Only 3 miles south of Suttons Bay, a short drive to Traverse, and close to the Leelanau Trail, award winning golf course, wineries and beautiful beaches. Renters will not have access to our backyard and waterfront area.

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Bright downtown Suttons Bay apartment suite with a coastal feel to the decor, bay view and ideal location across the street from a park and boat launch, the Saturday farmer's market and a paved bike trail that runs to Traverse City (and near several wineries). Downtown shops, great restaurants, festivals and a large sandy beach are just a 1-3 block walk from the house that sleeps four and has a small kitchenette area. Great base for a Leelanau wine tour. North of Ordinary is a private guest suite situated along the Old Mission Peninsula wine trail, only 2 miles from downtown Traverse City. The space has a separate entrance with locks, a private bathroom and outdoor patio space. The suite also has a miniature refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker with complementary tea and coffee. As your host, I am happy to provide recommendations regarding local attractions, but will otherwise offer complete privacy.
