Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

Yvonne was a great host, really helpful in accommodating my needs. Lovely quiet area while still within walking distance of centre. Comfortable and bright room, fast WiFi allowing for telework. Thanks again!

Your host is extremely friendly and helpful! It is extremely good value for money... fabulous 24 hour gym too. Not much to do in the neighbourhood and the best part of an hour to walk to the town centre.

I’ve had a very pleasant stay in Petra‘s and Fedde‘s accommodation. They were extremely helpful and gave me a very warm welcome. The garden is awesome and very spacious and you can see various animals passing by all day long.

A wooden pier extends over calm waters, lined by boats on either side. The sky is bright with puffy clouds, reflecting the serene atmosphere of the location. In the distance, greenery can be seen along the shoreline, enhancing the natural setting.

A super nice stay! Beautiful and clean spaces, and pleasant contact with Gerda. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the center is within walking distance. For light sleepers, I would only recommend bringing earplugs, because you can hear the street well.
